The crap coming out of Hum TV and the other channels is the same effluent again and again but now also includes moral depravity that pleases the Marvi Sarmed tola. • It was center for Architecture and Construction
• It was center for Military and strategic planning
• Turkish Civilization was home to various languages including Arabic Infact Arabic text was used prominently till end of empire
• Beautiful construction
• Amazing Navy
• Amazing Military
• Amazing Food , just fantastic

It is natural to fall in love with such rich history at epic height of Islamic Empire
There were heroic battles , conquests and adventure

To Neglect that heritage would be strange because Turkish people are part of Islamic history


People love brave warriors and defenders of their cities

Similarly in Pakistan there is ample interest in Arabic civilization without context of the dynasties.



Pakistani History did not start just on 1947 there were people to people ties and connections going beyond 1000 years, I think too much focus is spent on the last 100-200 years during which muslims lived under occupation however if we look beyond the history is rich with Brave conquest and battles which were won convincingly


For last 300 years , the none Muslim actors have been focused on the divide and seperate nations based on language , for that strategy it is important people of Pakistan and Turkey to not align their interest and see themselves differently that has been the popular game

No the ottoman were militarily strong until the 17th century and that’s all they didn’t have much on science and technology field

We do have local heroes for example abdullah bhatti who fought the mughals and many men in his family did too they were eventually hung by the mughals. The problem is the natives of this country have never really had a say in the current narrative of our country's history. The foreign invaders like ghaznavi, babur, khiliji etc are held up as muslim heroes even though they killed and looted the place, ransacked places of worship etc.

Until the natives get to write their own history nothing will change for that to happen the education and literacy rate will have to go up first.

I can't speak for Afghanistan but if you visit punjab, sindh and Kashmir regions you will see a abundance of Sufi shrines in almost every other village that's the reason most people at least in pakistan became Muslim.
