I have very clearly answered your question from Quran - if you are a Muslim, you should be content with what ALLAH swt' has ordained.

If you are looking for response to " So you openly admit", it's not like I secretly admitted in the past -- I go by with what's written in the Quran, if it says double share for women, I don't have any problems with this.

Regarding what If the owner of inheritance wants, yes he can give as a gift whatever he wants in his lifetime, but again if he gifts something to his one child, he should also gift the same to his other children as ordered by Prophet Muhammad saw'.

In the end, it goes down to ones faith as to how much strong he is and how much he bows before the commandments of ALLAH swt'.

Guys, we are a secular state, Quran is not our constitution. Secularism means you can live your life however you want, you can worship to any god/gods you believe. You can even make a statue and worship to it. You can be muslim, jew, christian, atheist etc. Secularism gives this freedom and that's it.

If you believe that you should give 2x of your property to your son and x property to your daughter, just do it. You can do it in Turkey, actually you can give any share of your own property to anyone as you wish.

You cannot dictate things like "this should be like this and should be implemented to anyone". No. If you think something to be done in some way, you should implement it to your own life. You cannot dictate your life style to any other people.
