If it was done under pressure of Dogras and/or KP's, then they deserve everything that comes their way. Property and employment privileges could be protected under any of 37* article but 370 ensures that Union government could neither divide the state not change seat distribution in assembly thus ensuring that Dogras and KP's would be perpetually inferior to KM's, politically.

It was obviously not done under pressure of Dogras and KP's. Kashmiri Muslims are rabid about Article 370. They are numerically superior (population) in the state so even Dogra MPs have to listen to them. Sad to say but not unexpected. Jammu should be a separate state. That is the only solution
