Sharing CM tech with any Arab country will be stupid move, they are back stabbers and are in bed with India and Israel, they should buy top notch tech from west, which will end up in war with any western ally like Iraq in first gulf war.

Firstly, Gaza isn't occuped, it's under blockade.
Secondly, why would Egypt want this hornet nest?

Its occupied one way or another. Egypt in reality is banana state who can't fight his enemy and now has agreement with it, senai is under constant threat from Israel as Israel is hungry for land, after finishing Palestine they will turn to other countries.

"occupied one way or another" - what that even means
"senai is under contant thread from Israel" - why would Israel give it in the first place then
"Israel is hungry for land" - Israel accepted 1948 partition plan with the arabs, arab-palestinians did not, they wanted all the land and look where it got them

The most precious thing that Pakistan has ( which may be interesting for Egypt) is the locally produced Cruise Missiles with +500 KM range .....
Egypt would go far for it .... even if it costs common financial support to upgrade & purchase some variants of JF-17 if it could be open source with Cruise Missiles TOT.

Are your referring to the Babur Cruise Missile with range 500+KM ? There is a international ban on exporting 300+ KM missiles to another country. I guess Pakistan can give TOT license for 290 KM cruise missile and then Egypt can easily extend the range of the cruise missiles with some hints. The JF-17 Block III with Egyptian requirements can also be sold with TOT.
