Egyptian Armed Forces

The US is such a pain in the A$$!

Sisi congratulating the hypocritical dictator on his 3RD TERM in Turkey LMAOOOO is nothing short of his diplomatic genius!

The Egyptian army, expected deals with Italy, and an important meeting with the president

65,000 EUROs per 1 hour of flight, bro! If the EAF is seriously looking at budgeting as a super important aspect to keep its variety of fighter jets operational at a larger percentage pre type, then they need to seriously and unfortunately can the idea of acquiring the EFT, despite the magnificent aircraft that it is. It's just waaaaaay to costly to operate which honestly, has been one of the major issues with all the countries currently operating them, including the UK, Spain, Italy etc. IMO, they should just bag the idea of the EFTs since the operational cost will strain the ready platform numbers which will be much lower than the actual fleet they possess because of that dreaded cost.

They really should stick with replacing the EFT with more Rafales considering their vastly lower operating cost, especially if they're possibly destined to be the F4 which I would think would be more costly than the precious 24 F3Rs. Do you agree?

Amazing images. Especially the underwater one with the French and Egyptian flag.

Indeed! Especially when you post the full pics instead of just the ones within
the tweet.

Too bad the water is murky, making it a bit blurry to see the flags.

@The SC @Gomig-21 @Hydration since when France buys something from us hahaha and plus it is FAHD really WTF hahahah.

Indeed, especially the Fahd! But that's an indication that they're actually pretty decent AFVs to some degree, probably influences that by the UN purchasing a few of them.

BTW, there hasn't been any recent photos of the MiG-29Ms or Rafales or even the F-16s to see and post, how come? Would love to see new and great pics if any of you fellas have some.

The difference between PESA and ASEA explained very well for those who want to understand the importance of having the latter more so than the former.

Here I will be interested only about the SAAW missiles and Akash AD. If we have some sort of ToT with local production, it would be a great additions to our Air Force and AD forces.

@Gomig-21 @The SC @Hydration what are your opinions?

Despite the promising ToT opportunities, we need to see more of the Indian products successes in testing and maybe even live fire exercises to be convinced they have no bugs and no early model issues,

Also not sure what the transfer of info to the Jews would be considering the India/Israeli love affair. We need to protect every investment in the military field from them no matter the cost, and that relationship is dangerous despite our peace treaty. Once an aggressive bully, always an aggressive bully. Would like to know what the EAF's plan is to keep India from divulging the entire blueprints of the Egyptian ToT to the neighbors.

Great drone shot.

Translation:

Egypt is not all about sunshine and beautiful beaches. It has a large army and a developed defense industry - both of which provide opportunities for the Czech Republic and its military. And it is key to controlling migration from the Mediterranean. And it is these topics that General Řehka is discussing in Cairo.

I am sure the rumors of localizing the CZ series rifle will come back. But what they can offer to us?

Quite a few things, actually.

So, Al Qaher is on its way to Alexandria and should arrive within the next few days. Looks like they've painted the side where that soot comes out from the diesel engine that supports the alternate propulsion system on those great ships to hide the soot that comes out.
