MC-X may be able to be converted to tanker in the future and Egypt can buy it. Egypt desperately needs tankers.

True and don't forget Brazil is offering ToT for KC-390 transport aircraft. Hopefully we can one of them inshallah with ToT. Any news about EDGE missiles like Nasef and Saber cruise missile, A2A missiles. This aircraft looks similiar in terms of design to KC-390 and Kawasaki C-2. Best of luck for the UAE.

Well, IDEX is in a month so we will be updated about everything very soon. I don’t know much but let’s just say it will be very exciting and I’ll update everyone.

Why is the Brazilian option better than the Korean one?

1 - The risks are less in the upgrade process, as the process of updating the design of the aircraft will be fast, as the Brazilians have the advantage of speedy completion of development in the field of armored vehicles and aircraft

The same thing, newer Avionic means less weight

5 - The cost of development for the new Brazilian version will not exceed 300 million dollars, while the South Korean development program for the MC-X aircraft is 3.2 billion dollars. The Brazilian program did not fully cost 600 million dollars.

My feelings are mitigate about this aircraft. For me the most important thing is the ToT for missiles etc... The aircraft not that much because it isn't mature yet and maybe it is a failure. If we can get ToT for radars or even missiles then mount them on the FA-50 would be far the best option.

But if we got the source code we can mount any weapons that we want on the FA-50 either western or eastern equipments. And that's why we need the source code. And the engine of the HAL Tejas MK1A is an american one.
That's not how any of this works, for mounting any weapon you want, you will need to replace the whole mission computer by your own (similar to what India did with it's Su30 mki, and even that has its own limitations), you can not achieve weapon integration by simply tinkering with the source code only as it can cause many problems like radar being unable to feed data to the missiles, two way data link not working etc.
Even after having an Indian mission computer it took a lot of modifications to mount Israeli missiles and jammers onto the su30mki,

Oh ok thank you for explaining. I don't understand very much about programming etc... But few weeks ago, you and Dassault signed a deal/MoU where you can integrate SAAW and Astra Missile on the Rafales and the rights to export them to others countries which have the Rafales. So maybe you can help us to do it.

Astra missile started as an elongated matra super 530D so the missile used western chip standard from the start.
However IAF wasn't satisfied with this arrangement (as the missile performance wasn't optimal) so it asked for a clean sheet design so the same team made a completely new missile on the same chip standards. (And that's why Astra can be easily integrated into French aircrafts).

SAAW devlopment started in 2013 and by that time Indian su30mki were already being fitted with Indian mission computer (which used western chips), and that's why saaw can be integrated on French aircrafts as both use same chip standards.
Integration of weapons onto a different aircraft depends on 3 main things
1. Radars (and what algorithms and software those radars use)
2. Mission Computer (and IC Chips and power supply systems used in them)
3. Source Code (weapons using the same standard of chips can be easily mounted on the aircraft by simply tinkering the source code)
Yes India might be able to help you in integration of missiles of different origins, we are quite experienced at it 😉😉
