This part especially struck me regarding certain Chinese members in this forum (esp when they accuse/ridicule others of being a certain way without looking in the mirror first):

. . .
how to defeat a country first go after confidence.

Indians are with their zionist masters in wanting to weaken Chinese confidence in China's future.

Basic LAW of the universe is those good people with confidence in the future get rewarded with a future. Those wicked or those with no hope/confidence get eliminated.

God helps those good who help themselves.

Deutche Welle :omghaha:

Yep they staged everything obviously! Nothing real about the people interviewed at all!

No clear parallels on display by the CPC stronk trolls here either!

Don't you mean the Chinese Communist Party helps those who help themselves.

Whether anyone believe China's numbers or not is irrelevant. Is it accurate? Not sure what this means in this context, what I will say is this, since this is a military forum, China is currently in the process of testing and constructing 8 12,000 ton DDGs, another 2 LPD is launched/under construction, and over the past few years, 30+ 053 and 50+ 056, 2 major carriers and more should demonstrate exact where China is in the process. This requires a level of excellence from every corner of society, from education, to R&D, to manufacturing and more. It is exceeding every country by a mile save the US, which may actually have done more, in terms of capital ships. A country that is also the only one that is ahead of China, economically wise.

I know your gripe is the way certain members have addressed certain issues, and while I wouldn't personally do it. I also don't refute Americans who do the same to us. It comes with the territory, they did it better and longer that is just a fact. I'm not necessarily happy about it, I just accept it and move on, if the path was easy, than you are on the wrong road.

In terms of the housing bubble and the economy, 40 years of reform, 40 minute video. That says it all.

Friend, its just more to do with the members here rather than the issue itself....which I have no real vantage point at all for. I just let that stuff happen as it happens in the end, whatever it is. I got no real horse/gripe to bet on there. I like decent no. of Chinese people I have met (given i grew up in HK)...and some members here ...like you and @GeraltofRivia and few others are good to have a talk with...I would likely be friends with you in real life if the opportunity came up etc.

But large crowd of groupthink arrogants/trolls have formed and festered here is all (its common theme among the nationalities more broadly here, but just shaped/oriented certain way by administration running the place too)...so I don't really blame the Chinese members (and Turkish are another set in similar laddering level) themselves at any significant level....overall the opportunity on offer (denied to others) is taken and fulfilled to accomplish something (whatever it is)...and the less standardised hemming in, the greated tendency to lower the average too....and other forums well its stacked differently is all....so different results.

No mal-intent from me, just gotta work with what I got efficiently to make a point to any interested on it etc.

This is a surprising well made documentary .

DW is hit and miss broadly. But they so get the balance and topic and approach right on some of it. Of course perspectives and opinions vary. But there is variance in their output at least....its frequently not the case with most large media names nowadays...that just copy and paste at low level and dont analyse or go deeply at any level.

What I couldn't believe is 4 years later you still have the patience to respond to certain WWE related member's obvious trolling. I stopped caring about such things long time ago. I recommend just press the ignore button and discuss things with people you actually want to. I want to be proven wrong, not proven insane.

Just a side note about this topic, I just took a look on recommended thread list.

First three,
China: Next real estate bubble? from 2010
China's Real Estate Bubble May Have Just Popped 2011
China's innovation economy a real estate bubble in disguise? 2016

It's 2019 now. If you ever gamble on sports, you will know stats and trends are all good, but in the end you play the game, and there's a reason it's called the gambling business not the gambling charity.

Well it gets quoted in other peoples messages and the whole thing gets messed up I found....and the conversations turn strange too when I have stuff on "ignore" (like who are you talking to?...oh I have to hit reveal on each one etc). So I just just let eyes gloss over and not have anything on ignore.

Also they entertain me more and more actually....as basically I do not reply...just watch. I am not going to make this a "thing" either....just I found the documentary kind of a good watch is all....and its a good counter to trolls that think all the time they spend here amounts to something perception wise out there more broadly.

Interesting documentary I’d say after watching it. Upon seeing the title of “China Real Estate Bubble”, I am expecting to be showered by a piece of rigorous and detailed marco analysis on how Chinese RE market is deviated from its fundamental, supported by an array solid data and fact (the sort of attributes that come with everything made by Germans). Instead, I was shown an combination of interview/vblog mainly based on the business life of an “agency” that organizes a band of foreign performers, performes for real estate developers for marketing their apartment, somewhere in ChongQing. My imagination of them traveling around China from the most prosperous coast to the less developed inland, interviewing all sorts of people across the industry from developers, buyers, agents to regulators, quoting the key industry statistics like house price level and growth rate, space being sold, inventory ratio, house price to income ratio, household debt as GDP ratio, RE investment as GDP, etc does not seem to happen. I was left unconvinced and deeply unsatisfacted.

On a self reflection, I probably have an unhealthy obsession of relying too much on data and statistics and tend to dismiss or ignore the life stories that create the data. This documentary does a wonderful job of filling that gap for me.:-)

Deutsche Welle is the propaganda front of the Transatlantische Brücke, aka the German chapter of the US propaganda network paid by the German vassal (e.g. my tax money).

Germany, blameless, in the first world war, and were conned into supporting a mad jewish zionist in the second war, have been not totally free since 1918 when they agreed to end to the war Germans were winning.

Bring back the Kaiser! Piss off the zionist overlords in Washington and declare your independence with Wilhelm-Karl Prinz von Preussen.

Neo-cons and neo-libs would have heart attacks around the world.

Wiemar Republic - filled with traitors
Hitler - Madman, not even German, but a jew https://www.telegraph.co.uk/history...-Jewish-and-African-roots-DNA-tests-show.html
Federal Republic - filled with traitors

AfD is a stupid mix of neo-nazism and other forms of stupidity. Just return to the roots of Germany. And the Hohenzollern family created Germany, they unified all the Northern German speaking people together. If the UK can keep their witch queen. Why can't Germany have their princely lordly Emperor.

End the memorials to jews, and start the memorials to German civilians who died in the Second World War, a war thrust onto the German people.

What would be hilarious is this decision to be after Germany is on the Security Council!:rofl::rofl::rofl:

The response around the world would be "Germany is back!" "No, not the obedient servants of Washington, the real Germany, It's Back!"
