Few Seculars do have selective humanity issue, having said that, I'd clarify my position as a secular by saying I have sympathy for the Israeli citizens and Palestinian citizens. But I don't support the method Israel used to respond to the crisis. I don't support the impotency of the world watch dogs to resolve the crisis.

Having said that, as a secular by faith, I was against the massacre of innocents in Syria, rohingyas in Burma, Kashmiri Hindus, or civilians suffered under ISIS. So Swamijis attemp to paint all seculars in the same color is unjustifiable. You don't need to be a secular to seperate right from wrong, you need to be a human first.

I rest my case, on the poor attempt to show seculars in a tainted light.

Did Palestine ever condemn the killing of Pandits in the valley?

Did anyone condemn the numerous people that have been killed as a result of terror in our country?

Isreal in her capacity has provided us with equipment/Intelligence to fight terror. So its only obvious for us to support them.

Diplomatically we make a statement that is agreeable to all parties but in reality the Indian Govt fully stands behind Isreal.

Thanks to Sushma Swaraj for stopping any discussion on this issue in the 2 houses.

Why do we even need to listen to politicians from parties that want to cater to a particular community by crying about the issue in the house?

Israel is not a country which would like to kill a single person without reason. Had Palestinian terrorist a power of israel, they would have wipped israel out and wold not have allow even one jew alive. Look what ISIS is doing.

When rockets are fired on civilian area, any country will have to retaliate.

Nobody said what ISIS doing is correct. What Mr.Swamy did is a. painting the entire opposition of Israeli bombing as secular and non patriots b. Dictating that who ever not supporting Israel is actually supporting ISIS in dubious secrecy.

I am not some one who needs to learn patriotism from Swamy and company. My own conscience is enough to teach me what that word means.

ISIS, Boko Haram, Al-Shabaab, killings in Syria etc are done by a bunch of rag tag groups called as Islamic terrorists . but when a democratic nation does the same and humanity questions on it they are labelled as secular hypocrites. Can Swamy also tell the public how many in Israel and Gaza have died respectively in this conflict
