No, check out socialism with chinese characteristics. Its a form of State Capitalism:
Socialist market economy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Only problem with this model is that it's devoid of any religious values. An alternative model of capitalism with Islamic values can be adapted as happened in Germany after WW2:
Social market economy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This should be best fitting for IK's end goal for Pakistan: Establishment of a Muslim Welfare State!
Sir Ji, there's a reason why it's called a form of 'socialism', the state-capitalist economy I'm talking about. It has heavy state involvement. The profit motive is not the biggest wheel-turner. Yes, Deng did introduce many changes to the Chinese economy . Same is the case with Germany after world war 2 where successive SPD (socialist democrats) governments ruled the roost. Welfare-state economies are generally left of the spectrum.
Now I understand where you are coming from but your initial post had me confused as it wasn't very clear if you wanted a welfare economy or not. But thanks for clearing it out.
You seem to like the Swedish model though
