Quite a socialist lecture.. HUH.

Agriculture will flourish with the ascend of industialization and technology.
How can you bring technology to the farmer if you dont know how to build a tractor or provide them with high yield seeds? Research and Development requires high tech precise machines which are only built by industrialized countries.
Why shift in occupation is not desirable? when you bring technology to the agriculture and mechanize it then ofcourse significant number of workforce in the agriculture will become redundant. You need to place them somewhere else and industries are the place to go.

You are self contradictory.. that i can say.

What I have proposed is a hypothesis. What you are saying
has been the case for every other industrialized nations, not that
its wrong but lets try to think out of the box for a while here.

Just because everyone started from zero that does not mean we
shall have to tread the same path. The research or machinery
that have been materialized should not be built from zero again.
Thats just a wastage of resources.

Think about our RMG factories, did the entrepreneurs built
every machines from scratch? That would have been just wrong.
Operating this high-tech machines generated some
new kind of expertise and efficiency.

Same can be done for the agricultural sector. If the priority
is given many farmers will be trained in a high-tech scenario.
Maintaning gadgets will help them know about proper market prices
and information on high-yield seeds.

Urban agricultural firms will generate a new kind of job spectrum
without hampering nature or resources.

Although I'm in for ship-building and automobile plants.

NEW YORK: India's neighbours - Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka are featured in the list of the most failed states, " the prestigious Foreign Policy magazine said in its latest annual ranking.

Pakistan is at number 12, Myanmar is at 18, Bangladesh (25); Nepal (27), Sri Lanka (29) and Bhutan is at 50 in a list of 60 countries in which African countries dominate.

Other countries in the top 10 are Chad, Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Zimbabwe, Afghanistan Central African Republic and Iraq.

On Pakistan, the report said, "Pakistan has long been dubbed the world's most dangerous country in Washington policy circles" and "yet Pakistan isn't just dangerous for the West -- it's often a danger to its own people."

On Bangladesh, the report said, two of five Bangladeshis live under the poverty line. Any improvements will also be fighting the environmental clock. If sea levels rise just by 1 metre, scientists warn, 17 per cent of the country could be submerged.

"Nepal is the poorest country in South Asia, according to the United Nations, and that's unlikely to change until the peace process is implemented and security restored. There are signs that the Maoists may be losing patience -- and thinking about going back to the trenches to fight for more," the report said.

On Sri Lanka, it said, "The government's final push against the rebels relied on the shelling of civilians and other atrocities, according to a 2010 report by the International Crisis Group.

"The most recent statistics from last year indicate that some 327,000 are still displaced from the conflict."

"Despite the pronounced fractures still lingering, the Sinhalese-dominated government in Colombo seems eager to forget the past," it added.

Bangladesh is a failed country becuase it has 2 out of 5 are poor. India is a successfull country because it has even more poor than Bangladesh. Mind boggling... Heh???

So we are 25th failed state because

1.) We have 40% poor (31% by new calculations)

2.) Climate change problems due to sea level rises

What boggles my mind is how is Bangladesh responsible for sea level rises and climate change? I mean, the threats we are facing from sea level rising is not because of our country's failure, so why are we being held responsible???

Bro the list is about failed states, which means states which have failed to achieve. How do you correlate failed states with informing about the coming cataclysm which has nothing to do with the country's achievements?

India should top the list, with number of poors, worst laws and order, insurgency, bomb blast, riots, discrmentatin, trillion dollar black money in swiss ban, worst human rights violation.

We could have written an article on how US is another failed state
for bringing the world almost at the corner of extinction.
Though that does not count isn't it.....

And the also the fact about state sanctioned riots in India,
