Discuss best ways to develop Bangladesh

@ And once we invest in our industry and if conflits with the interest of Indian industrialist how we are going to survive ? Than Sk Hasina will say no need to invest in this sector ? Once we are getting ready from India why to spoil money on this sector ??? Look !! We have a problem in every where ? The main problem is the giant India ? She interferes in our each sector !!!!! Once our garment sectors goes up India creates problem in the labour sector with money. RAW have lot of agents in Bangladesh. In the energy sector once we explore some thing closer to the border India dictate, no ! no !, you can,t explore like that it had a link with Assam oil fields. Since your country is lower basin we will have problem in the upper. We cannot give contract our sea basin to foreign invester for exploration of gas and oil due to intidimation of India. Foreigners are also reluctance to take contract ! About defence, they had been propagating that there is no need of military in Bangladesh. "Me hu na !"

@ I tell you the day we will be able to out from the clutches of Indian iron grip only than we can dream that we are now developing. Now, see recently Indian Army chief has come to Bangladesh and he has offered that India is ready to train the officer/soldier of bangladesh for dog training, training on slautering of chickens, maintenance of hourse and what not.

Reading your post, I would say, bangladesh needs to focus more on education. Rest will fall into place automatically.

My list
1. Education
2. Energy
3. Healthcare
4. Clean water
5. Infrastructure
6. Industrialisation
7. Checks on population growth
8. Reduction of corruption
9. Banning of student politics
10. Better relationship with neighbouring countries

wow..you kind of covered everything that any country needs..

I think Bangladesh should look more overseas. There is already a massive population of Bangladesh living abroad.I think there should endeavors to make more multinational companies that create more employment opportunities and trade relations all over the World.Look towards Africa, some efforts have already been made in that direction by Bangladesh.Huge population is a hindrance of course, but not an issue that cannot be managed.Take the example of Hong Kong.
The first building block will be better ties with the neighbours and more and more trade relations. Some positive steps have already been taken.the time is ripe.Lets see how Bangladesh utilizes it.

This is a very interesting topic. I am just writing hurriedly. The following steps are needed for the best ways to develop Bnagladesh:

1. Neutralising External Threat.

Indian general received salam from our new graduate. First time in history. I see our army becoming chipmunk from lion of General Zia.

2. Difusing the Internal Threat.

We have Awami Ghaddar league dedicated to serve the interest of their Bharti masters?

3. Minimum Unity Among the political Parties.

How can nationalist term with self proclaimed dalals?

4.Increasing the Social /Religious Values in the Society through Motivation.

Islam less education system and constitution on the way. So lets say good by to religious values and ethics.

5. Making a good relation among all the muslim countries and ultimately exporting manpower in those countries.

Your Apa la-Hasina abolishing this claw from the constitution.

15[(2) The State shall endeavour to consolidate, preserve and strengthen fraternal relations among Muslim countries based on Islamic solidarity.]
6. Follow a policy of neutral but not comprising with security aspects.

I have been seeing nothing but Bharat pleasing foreign policies for last 2.5 years.

7. Eradicate the corruption through extreme measures.

Take a look at the supreme and high court recent activities.

8. Follow a true democracy not like AL marka democracy.

Some how some people elect and support Awami league.

9. Make a good reasonable friendship with India.

Is there any limit to satisfy dada of Delhi?

@ If you cannot protect your country then all those developments are meaning less. Now see we have earnt lot of foreign currency through these slaves(as per your version) and sending armed forces to the UN mission. But now in Dhaka there is huge crisis of dollar. People says it had already smuggled. Now the present rate is $ 1=77/78 Taka in black market where is the official rate is something like Tk=74.

Bengli minded Bangladeshis are Ehsaan Faramosh. They talk a lot negative about the Arab Muslims yet never turn down Arab donation. Bloody low life hypocrite.

.

@ Industrialisation in Bangladesh !!!. Who will invest ? Those concept of industrialisation is gone and one fine morning iajdani will come from USA and give a new theory to the labours and people like Hasina and Dipu Moni will again nationalised as they are going to introduce "Socialism" as the main fundametal in our constitution. Once it is nationalised the pandas of Awami Leaquers will again plunder the industries the way the looted the properties of 22 industrial families of Pakistan.

Awami hoping to do the same with Jamaat owned business and Mohammed Yonus Grameen bank. This time Bangladeshi needs to do something about these commie. :sniper:

Why conscription be made mandatory for male teenagers only and what will be the purpose of a separate judicial police?

Anti-moral, anti-patriotic, confusing and contradictory contents inside textbooks of primary, secondary and tertiary educational institutes must be removed. For instance, Bengali Literature textbook under the National Univ. and Open Univ. has this short story titled "Ekratri" written by Rabindranath, he supported perpetual British rule over South Asia in the story.

Rabindranath threw his Knighthood back to the British!

How is Ek Ratri a tribute to the continuation of the British Raj?

Bangladesh is blessed to have no major border disputes with their neighbors and no one is threatening BD with nuclear anhilation, a rarity in this 'Dog eat dog world".So BD should capitalize on this. BD sits on a very small landmass frequently attacked by Mother Nature, so its very important that GoB takes measures to stop the population growth. They can adopt the Chinese one child policy. With a little bit of effort, BD can become the trading hub of Bay of Bengal rim countries.

not for long. . It is obvious that in near future we have to compete against India and Myanmar for Gas and Oil in the bay of bengal.. Government of Bangladesh is aware of that and will be going through rapid naval procurement making it almost equivalent to Pakistan navy... And about one child policy neither Awamileague nor BNP will take this decision as it will reduce their popularity..

Govt moved away from drastic population control. One of the minister yesterday night accepted this fact. Their long term strategy is to fill in blanks by the Bengalis worldwide.
