Only thing that requires approval is British/US engine and Permissions have already been taken in paralel to negotiations with Pakistan. Rest of major components belong to Turkey. Turkish turboshaft engine called TS-1400 which is going to power up both T-625 utility and T-129 Atak helicopters are being developed and first ignition of core engine have been done.

Sad to see US decline Turkey to sell engines, leaving the biggest Turkish military export order of helicopters in jeaopardy. There must be a way out for Turkey to sell helicopters to pakistan.?

I think Pakistan will get their helis whatever happens because even if there were no problems about the engine, they would have to wait for the same amount of time to get their helis in production.
