Decline of China: Identifying China's Successors

So Bangladesh also included in Post-China emerging economy ! ! :chilli:

LOL, you think they care about facts? It's all about emotional gratification for them, and not being able to control their impulses. The funny thing is that high-income provinces and cities in China have a larger combined population than Turkey.

China Population, 4 provinces

Beijing: 20.18 million
Tianjin: 13.55 million
Shanghai: 23.47 million
Jiangsu: 78.99 million

Turkey population:

73.64 million

2011 data

Even less than Jiangsu's population, really funny. Now Turks are teaching Chinese a lesson how to become rich, as a 1st world citizen.

Turkish economy is a joke. Their only source of income is the money terrorists pay the Erogan regime.

Some countries have high GDP per capita because they have high currency exchange rate. They are wealthier, not because their economy and industry are superior, it just currency exchange rate.

Mainland China and Taiwan have low currency exchange rate, that is why we are poorer, despite our high-tech export.

Turkey is actually did the right thing. In export economy like Taiwan, our standard of living are being a hostage by it. The good thing about mainland China, they now switch to domestic consumption. Taiwan can get benefit from it too.

You are right but you forget one thing.. there are 1.5 billion Chinese. Only 10% of China today is living above poverty line and when western demand in Chinese products diminish the situation will only get worse.

China can't offer cheap labor anymore, soon average age of Chinese will be 40 and cheap labor will fly out the door. Attracting talented employees? Why would you need talented employees to make a t-shirt? China's economy model is based on cheap labor.

China's internal consumption has yet to live to its full potentials and its service industry is just 4/7 of developed countries

Our central and western districts are equally competitive in labour cost as those in vietnam and elsewhere

why all the naysayers are cheerleading all the time?

In China 900 million people have an annual per capita income around the same level as Guatemala, Georgia, Indonesia or Mongolia ($3,000-$3,500 a year), while around 500 million of those have an annual per capita income around the same level as India, Nicaragua, Ghana, Uzbekistan or Nigeria ($1,500-$1,700). China’s overall per capita GDP is around the same level as the Dominican Republic, Serbia, Thailand or Jamaica. Stimulating an economy where more than a billion people live in deep poverty is impossible. Economic stimulus makes sense when products can be sold to the public. But the vast majority of Chinese cannot afford the products produced in China, and therefore, stimulus will not increase consumption of those products. Eventually China will go into economic crises and bust.

What a ignorant! How can argue with child know few about China and economy?
Many times, I always think why China can success, but some other country can't grasp the oppotunity, maybe it is right chinese is smarter!

A huge part of China's strength is the fact that the Chinese civilization established a unified culture more than a millennium before everyone else. You simply can't find a homogeneous group of people with this kind of population, education and territory size elsewhere.

The white man is trying to destroy China though.

You know what this is getting stupid.

China is not just getting great, we are not Indonesia, Vietnam, or Philippines, to a less extent India.

Much like Germany, the successor of Nazi Germany, or German Empire, Prussia, Holy Roman empire.

France, from the times of Charlemagne to present.

We have our ups and lows, like battle of Jena for Germany, and the dissolution of HRE, as well as losing WW1 and 2 amounts other things.

Do I even need to say it for France? Lost WW2, how many republics is it now? Who captured the two Napoleons, and such.

We are a power returning to former glory not becoming a great power.

So before people start to say crap again, we are a great power before and we will be once more. We are a little late in terms of the historic great powers, but here we are.

Some of the nations you listed, in fact all, are never great powers at any point in history. Or even a little more than competent.

Lets get to the point of what is really on the OPs mind,

Cina's economy was in the dumps for the entire 19th century up to the 1970s. And despite China breaking up during the warlord era, foreign attempts to divide China into separate states failed.

HAHAHA!!! You pulling these numbers out of your *** there kid?

Has anyone used any products made in Turkey? Can any one tell me one name of famous Turkey companies? For me, the answer is simply no.
