what Dalit president? You can have a dalit PM if you write a book saying how great it is that Dalits can clean night soil as a spiritual experience. If BJP supports Dalit/ Lower class resevrations and increases that coverage it will be dalit friendly. Else it is tokenism. If BJP decided to merge with a Dalit party and let the leader lead it instead of depending on minority Brahmin votes, it would prove its credentials.
