Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), KPK arrested three extortionists / TTP, including a woman during an Intelligence based operation in Pishtakhara Peshawar.

Ts were involved in hand grenade attacks on citizens and businessmen, who had refused to pay extortion.

The Terrorists belong to banned group TTP. The arrested extortionists had demanded Rs20 million as extortion from former parliamentarians on December 11 last year.

Hyderabad
01 Terrorist Arrested

CTD Hyderabad in an intelligence based operation arrested a most wanted terrorist of banned organization Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan TTP from kotri Jamshoro.

The arrested terrorist has been identified as Amar Khan.
A hand grenade was also recovered from the possession of the arrested terrorist.

Terrorist is a close associate of TTP's main terrorist Zalanur, Kifayatullah and TTP Commander Noor Zeb.

He joined TTP in 2018, received training in rocket launcher, LMG, Kalashnikov and hand grenade from Afghanistan.

Terrorist has also trained from Afghanistan to carry out a suicide attack.

Terrorist revealed that he wanted to spread terror and panic by attacking with hand grenades.

Dera Ismail Khan

01 terrorist of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan TTP (Ansar son of Gul Rehman r/o Kot Isa Daraban)
killed and two injured in an operation by security forces and police on the information of the presence of terrorists in JS Daraban police station.

A police officer was also injured in the firing by the terrorists

The injured terrorists managed to escape by taking advantage of the nearby forest.
Injured police constable Ilyas was shifted to District Hospital Dera.

The terrorist was wanted by the police and CTD Kohat in several cases.
He was traced by a special team and arrested from Lahore.
