Pakistan has an excellent opportunity to kill anti-Pakistani germs in Indian cinema industry without spending a dime. Cinema is mass-media with ability to poison or correct people's perceptions on mass scale and within a short period of time. Thankfully, Phantom has flopped and rejected by Indian audience but a successful movie would have poisoned brains easily.

To correct and prevent negativity in Indian media, Pakistan can do following;
  • Black-list entire cast and crew of anti-Pakistan movies, including artists and technical leads. If any of them is part of a future Indian movie, it should be banned from screening in Pakistan.
  • Good Indian movies hoping to be screened in Pakistan movies must give a written declaration that none of the black listed cast was part of their movie and they also condemn anti-Pakistan movies.
  • Pakistan should give 50% tax leverage to non-hostile Indian movies for the next 3 years.
  • Should form a group of leading actors on both sides of the border and let them advocate positivity in media across the border. Actors like Naseer-ud-Din Shah and Nana Patikar would be good candidates.
Happy to hear your opinion and suggestions to improve that.

The best war strategy is to eliminate your opponent's resistance before war. Narratives like "operation is against terrorists and not people of Pakistan" is one such initiative taken in the movie.

An attack on National Slogan
  • Phantom has also tried to degrade our National Slogan "Pakistan say Rishta Kya - La Ilaha Illa-Allah" to "Haris Saeed say Rishta Kya.. " which is condemnable and offensive.
India has no evidence against Hafiz Saeed
  • India has no evidence against Hafiz Saeed and failed to provide one when Pakistan asked for it times and again.
  • It is not just Pakistan, India could not provide USA any evidence against him and USA's bounty on Hafiz Saeed is to provide "information leading to arrest and conviction" which explains deficiency of evidence but hateful syndrome which India is suffering from.
Hafiz Saeed is not a National Hero
  • If Hafiz Saeed is proven terrorists, you will find all Pakistanis standing against him including myself. Hafiz Saeed is not our national asset neither a national hero. Mind this aspect.

A very large number of movies are made each year in Bollywood. The number of movies targeting pakistan is less then 1%.

Pakistan has an excellent opportunity to kill anti-Pakistani germicide in Indian cinema.
lets examine:

Germicide: "A substance that kills harmful microorganisms - termed germs".

Pakistan Germicide : "rhetoric that would nullify anti-pakistani stance"...(in context)

Anti Pakistani Germicide: "Rhetoric that would be Pro- Pakistan" (in context)

Kill Anti Pakistani Germicide: "Kill the rhetoric that would be Pro-Pakistan".(in context)

So what you essentially said was the following:

Pakistan has an excellent opportunity to "Kill the rhetoric that would be Pro-Pakistan" in Indian cinema.

:enjoy:

At the outset Pakistan cannot ' kill' anti Pak sentiment in Indian cinema

No Indian producer makes a move with Pak as his target audience. He makes it for Indian ones therefore he knows what will make his movie sell & he does exactly that.

The recommendations above in bold are juvenile and merit no discussion

Better would be to ban all Indian movies from Pakistan...on second thought Ban all media and art content from India.

Phantom is beaten and that can be made a lesson when the topic is hot. Pakistan is a considerable market and with tax waiver you can make it count even more.

Simple boycott wud suffice,,,,but thn again,can Pakistani bolly fans keep thmslvs away frm all the mirch masala.dont think so

Only hateful content such serves no good.
your civil society terms us a "Nazariyaati Dushmann" and cause of rampant cultural invasion in the land of the pure , why do you even let any of our movies screen in you theaters?
@Horus

If it is against ideology of Pakistan, it must not be screened.

You can discuss an idea, logically present a different one but your degrading and ridiculing only makes it stronger. I am rather suggesting Indians not to push Pakistan against you.

Unfortunately that is not how it works in India, it's a democracy and artists have the freedom to make whatever they want...

It has nothing to do with democracy. Nonsense has no political polarity.

You are up for art? Keep it to yourself within your country.. you extend your art to Pakistan, we will cut it to pieces to suite our likeness. Besides abusing is never known to be an art unless India wants to become first among rest.
