On the whole, I am not aware of any "high class" party where women and wine are not made available.

Cafe Flo & Okra are two places that come to mind in Karachi.

Islamabad's marriot hotel, Serena have hosted many a parties ( Valentine, etc etc) with free bars and dancers from foreign countries.

The problem remains that the rulling class is largely untouched to the plight of common citizens and busy with their indulgence.

Question is, can we expect a leader from these kind of people ?
