Actually I agree with one of your suggestion. The party with large number of seats (doesn't matter how much it is, if it's more then others.. that count) make government. And others just go home. No opposition and the government is allowed freely to function for 5 years. This way the party in government will have no way to avoid facing public outrage, criticism for had performance and consequences for their policies.

Idhr opposition kehti government ghalt policies Bana rahe , performance zero Hy. Or government kehti hamy Kuch krne ni deti opposition.
