Harpoon and CM-400AKG. No.

C-802, possibly. C-602, more likely but still not significant.

There's no need to have nuclear warheads on ASM's, that isn't their purpose.
Plus, it's not that easy, the type of approach the ASM makes, the altitude, is completely out of line for a nuclear warhead to be used effectively.

So short answer: possible on paper, but unlikely, difficult and no need.
