On topic.. Churches follow different rules from one to another ... These set of rules defined by Executive committee elected by members.. when it comes to Church level above that its different thing.. I provided backing link to my claim(about space restrictions) which i have seen practically in many places across south to Delhi.. If the Cemetry is belongs to Church, then everyone has to follow these rules... if it belongs to public Cemetry Church has no right to stop anyone.. Even if you comes to Marriage both bride and groom should be baptised.. and these both names will be announced for 3 weeks.. those whomsoever got objection they can raise the issue.. these type of rules are very common in every religion... that doesn't mean Church controlling marriage death etc..
