Yet India DOES acknowledge the MacMohan line (which was a result of the British colonial invasion of Tibet), yet they still set up military posts far north of the MacMahon line!
Even if you believe these lines drawn across Asian territory by the European British (which they had zero right to do)... India still violated their own British lines.
No all indian post are on Mc-Mohan line , In-fact Chinese didn't Acknowledge Mc -Mohan line and cross into India side of Mc-Mohan line.
Agreement was between British and the Tibetan ruler and their was no Chinese present in Tibet that time.
