You guys should use sources that is not what your gov publish or what write in your history books you taught at high school. Both VN and CN gov published alot of bull shit before, and history books are mostly used to raise the pride of the youths more than tell the real truth.
(1 example is we just win the US in less than 5 battles. We VNese won the war by wear down their morals/sannity, not by winning battle. For every US soldier taken out of battlefield, we had to sacrify almost 10 VN soldier, but we can accept that while the US cant)

Next why you guys blocked our ships come to rescue sailor of the sinked ship? Even in war I think if that ship is sinked you could either help its sailor (and then you could capture them maybe) or make some space for our other ship to come and rescue. And its not even war yet.

They were in fact Vietnam's soldiers in disguise and tried to disrupt the work of the rig.

They keep harassing our rig and ships, but too bad the poor quality small boat let them down.

They see the area around the rig as part of their homeland. So they go out there for... fishing? Or to prove to everyone that the sea around the oil rig is part of VN.

You could imagine it like this. There are a gigantic foreign army building a huge fort in Beijing. They said that Beijing is now theirs and no CNese should come close. Your CNese army is too weak to correctly deal with them. So if you live in Beijing, will you go out there and protest them? Yes? That is exactly what those fisherman are doing. They are not agree that China own that part of the sea where their ancestors used to go fishing. So they try to protest by going out there despite the fact that there are 100+ CNese boats, including military ships, floating around.

Will China or America or Russia play WWIII ? It's also impossible, coz current world game rule is good for Top5 countries, no need WWIII yet.

The war cost between Top5 is much more expensive than economic and diplomatic means, but dispute between the strong and the week is cheaper.
