Yes and in a more efficient way. China space station need only 2 replenishment per year vs 3-4 for ISS. ISS consume plenty of fuel and energy just to keep in orbit.

The operating cost for China space station is much affordable and sustainable then ISS.

Has such a system been tested on the previous orbital lab ? Is it safe ? I don't know about the ISS but how often will the Chinese space station come below its safe orbital line ?

right on point. decades after the amricans run rovers on mars you will copy them usng their tech and try to do it. They're flying helicopters there now. You will do it 20 years with tech copied from them. You shouldn't be so arrogant about copy-paste jobs
