There is not much that the Europeans have now that the Chinese would want anyway.
Let us look at the areas one by one:
1. Nuclear SSNs - China's new Type-095 should be very competitive to the British and French designs.
2. Destroyers - China's Type-052D is competitive to European designs and the Type-55 would surpass them in terms of fire-power if not technology.
3. Large transport aircraft - China's Y-20 is at least a match for Europe's A-400M.
4. Fighter aircraft - J-10B is similar to Eurofighter and Rafale. J-20/J-31 would allow China to overtake European designs by the latter part of the decade.
5. Tanks - China's Type-99 is closely matched to European designs.
6. Missiles - China's missiles are equivalent to European equivalents.
Only area that Europe has a clear lead over China is in engine technology and this would consist of Europe(really only UK) now actually engaging in joint R&D with China in return for billions in cash. This is something that the UK would not want to do anyway.
In conclusion, Europe has nothing realistic to offer the Chinese anymore
