The cases of Aksai China and Arunachal can not be clubbed together.The first one was a barren land with no historical Indian presence ever.And the second region is part of democratic government for almost a century. As far as Greater China's historical claim is concerned not a single resident of Arunachal Pradesh or Assam cares a damn what some antique piece of map says.

Malaysia doesn't give a damn about the Spratly islands. They shoved the whole issue under the table (the islands aren't important to them or their security). They are nominally involved in the dispute but their policy towards China is building friendly relations unlike Vietnam and the Philippines.

The only dispute between China and South Korea is over half of an extinct volcano (changbai mountain or Mt Baekdu) and its on North Korea's side of the border.

the Phillipines has disputes with every single one of its neighbors. It claims Sabah in Malaysia and disputes the Spratlys against all the other claimaints. Japan has disuputes with Russia, South Korea, and China.

and also we in the Republic of China (taiwan) claims the entire spratly island and paracel islands and also South Tibet ("arunachal pradesh")
