Makes no sense. There's nothing American troops can do within Pakistan that ours cannot.
They're here to protect their staff long enough for extraction or fight through a hostile population to extraction. They think we might be Libyafied at any time.

making a libya out of pakistan is a pipe dream for armchair analysts. it is too big for that to happen. pakistan troubles are internal
