tibet.. wat water... North East India receives enuff rains ... no other river except Brahmaputra comes from Tibet... and if you stops that the real loser with be Bangladeshis... raising an international outcry ... China will be demonized in the whole word... specially in Muslim Countries... ... and diverting Brahmaputra in Tibet platue.. is impossible ..it will empty all your reserves with no end in sight.. good luck with that..
