well those two things which you mentioned are already present but there's something called as religious tolerance and co-existence which lacks in0some countries.

What India is powerful in S-E Asia?This is a big news to me?anyway congrats!!!! but i dont believe it coz India is not powerfool with in india itself how can it be powerfool outside ie in SE Asia.Great stretch of indian territory is under maoist where there is no writ of indian govt.maoist collect taxes and pass judgement in their own control areas.
