On one side their official moutn piece calls for forging alliance with India,on the other hand here their unofficial mouthpiece says Chindia is a derogatory term for them,damn with ur hypocracy and damn with ur alliance.

We can solve our disputes and have good relations however alliance, Indians themselves would prefer an alliance with the USA then us so it's unlikely we ever have an alliance even if our disputes are solved.

Not really. West just strokes Indian heads because they want to divide and rule and use Indians as fodder against other Asian countries

Don't know about an alliance however we can have good relations and solve disputes, Alliance ? On the Internet you have Nationalists and hot headed trolls on both sides it generally gives a bad perception. through if you have meet the actual people in real life it is different, yes anything can happen in the future.

Alliance is a strong word but cordial relationship is definitely possible. In spite of cyber fighting between the two countries, in real life Indians and Chinese are getting along very well. This world needs to be multi-polar and powers need to be balanced. This is good to everyone including the US. Just look how US sank recently because it can do whatever it wants after the Cold War.

There're still a long way to go to improve the relationships between the two countries. Sadly national policies are usually strongly influenced by hardliners at the top. But communication between common people can definitely help to counter balance warmongers.
