Steven Spielberg supported the Dalai Lama. Do you think he just does not like our govt?

I don't blame the entire Jewish people for Spielberg. He's just part of the trendy Hollywood crowd who thinks the Dalai Lama is totally cool + therefore always right. These people believe in Scientology too.

That is exactly my point.

Again i think you misunderstand, I don`t know about Spielberg but what i think he meant was Generally Chinese people respect the Jewish people for their Intelligence and perseverance, same goes for Jewish people respecting Chinese people.
Our governments may not always agree, but we`re talking about the people not the governments.

Richard Gere also supports Dalai Lama, do you think he hates China?

President Obama also supports Dalai Lama, do you think he hates China as well? How about all of the past presidents who support Dalai Lama??? Do they all hate China?

What kind of logic do you have here???

Steven Spielberg supported the Dalai Lama. Do you think he just does not like our govt?

I think there is a difference between Chinese government and the people of China. How can anyone hate 1.4 billion people unless you hate ALL of humanity? Yes, plenty of people do hate the Chinese government for their own reasons.

I do not hate jews but I also do not have rabid hatred of Islam. Just remember 1 thing: Every university in China has a Halal cafeteria. Not 1 has a Jewish cafeteria. Chinese people that have never had contact with Jews respect them due to their "surface" properties but not their "bulk" properties. Just remember the average IQ in Israel is 92, how could they have produced so many Nobel Prize winners without significant manipulation or bias of the prize itself?

Check those arab countries and let me know exactly what is the percentage of their population there that are not from islam religion??? Confused? with what?

Iran is not interested in destroying Israel. How naive! Iran supported those Hamas and Hezbollah and other terrorist groups there by providing all types of weapons, that is for peaceful purpose???

Does its president openly deny WW II Nazi massacre and destruction of Israel times and times again?

I am afraid you are the one who is supremely naive. To parrot the neo-con/likudnik talking point like a broken answer machine is simply not good enough.

On WSJ.com maybe it is. But not here.

For better or worse, Iran, and by extension the Persian Nation (however nefarious a concept that is) does not want to destroy Israel. And Izzies know it better than any.

Do they want to see what they believe is justice implemented in the Middle East? I believe the majority of Iranians do, on various levels.

But it's not in the way you think - or what they tell you to think.

I can tell you who unambiguously have a problem with the State of Israel and its current practices in the Arab world. And they are the Arabic-speaking Shiites. In more ways than one the Ayatollahs are speaking to them.

This kinda grand strategy/calculation is beyond the understandings of simpletons like me. So I won't comment on this further.

Or you for that matter - except I am sure "Citizen Chans" like yourself are no simpleton. :azn:

(That's a bad joke typical of me - not meant to offend anyone. As little dragon and sharpie can tell you, I mean well but I am hopelessly clumsy, and anti-social).

BTW, it took me a long time to understand something, which is that there is a difference between how (some) Shiite Arabs see Israel and how (some) Sunni Arabs view them.

Some Sunni Arabs hate Israel out of a sense of "superiority". They (not all) think they are "better" than the "Yahudi".

But (many) Shiite Arabs dislike Israel out of a sense of injustice. Some of them hate the fact that right-wing Izzies think - or least act as if they are better (or more deserving) than them.

Herein lies the root of the rise of Hizbo and the like.

And why do you think the right-wing Izzies and their neo-con henchmen are so head-over-heels about those "Hashemite heirs" to this kingdom and that?

We are talking the same kind of "head-over-heels" passion the CCP has for the "patriotic" successor of Panchen ...

Now you know why the House of Al-Saa-oods are right-wing Izzies' best allies and the latter really do have to sleep with one eye open when it comes to the Hizbos holed up deep in Southern Lebanon.

Anyways, the above is really a gross simplification. But IMHO it contains way more substance than the imbecilic belief that Iranians are out to destroy Israel, A-Jad's rambling not withstanding.

But in our great ethnic Chinese online democracy under the auspice of mighty PDF, you are free to believe and peddle whatever fallacy your heart fancies.

But I still wouldn't mind 50 cents for my time and effort to educate.

This is the only time I will agree with you.

Should've quit while you were ahead. I'd say your point is well taken except when you decided to wade into this IQ cesspool.

If you have to discuss IQ, at least discuss in an "intelligent" context.

Even if average ethnic IQs can be scientifically measured, and validated, they only tell part of the story.

I can spew my own theories why it's the distribution rather than average/mean that is more important. I thought you were an "EQ" fan, too ... and surely you would know that high-IQ without EQ won't help you graduate, let alone claiming scientific prizes.

Hypothetically, you can have a country with 1.3 billion "inbred" (in a non-offensive, "biological" sense) homogeneous population with an average IQ of 110, but standard deviation of, say, 1; and then you have another with an average IQ of 95 but standard deviation 50 ...

Heck, there is no credible evidence that IQ is indeed normally distributed across every human society. What if a society with a lowish average IQ has a comparatively high mean, or even possessing a disproportionate "high-achieving" tail? Or better (or worse depending on your point of view) yet, has a "bi-modal" or "multi-modal" distribution with a second or even 3rd and 4th peak (in multi-ethnic societies)?

Israel is a mixture of Ashkenazim and Mizrahim, etc.

Most of the Jewish Nobel Prize winners are indisputably Ashkenazi. Do you know something authoritative about their average/mean IQs?

It would have been better if you didn't bring in the topic of IQ in the first place.

Is this person for real:hang2:

Is this person for real:hang2:

Apparently he is, you forget "below_freezing" that arabs constitute 20.4% of Israel`s Population... And Mizrahi Jews are also quite formidable, not just Ashkenazi jews. For example: Haim Saban has a net worth 3.3 Billion dollars, where would the world be without the power rangers :azn:
Anyhow i can go on and on about Jewish intelligence but i`ve found this youtube video more than explanatory and quite amusing:)

So you're saying the Ashkenazis are the tail of a non-distributive average?

You prove your idiocy again and again, try having an intelligent conversation for once instead of a moronic sarcastic one.
Microsoft has companies set up in many different countries including in Israel, not once did the video say Mr. Gates was jewish, he was photographed in Israel during a visit to Israel. How can you be this stupid, have you not been educated properly? Seems you weren`t.

Any comment on what Oceanx wrote? I'd like to hear a second opinion as with such plausible ideas.
