In 4-6 months of winter no troops are stationed along the Chinese side because of the harsh winters. Your barracks will have a difficult time when it's snowing. Those comfy times are in Tibet, not in the frontline where you will have to station troops over mountains to keep watch. Similar is the case with India but at least we have the experience.

You never know how well China train people in everything, soliders, athletes, social workers, researchers...Chinese PLA is one of the most well trained and disciplined armies in the world, India is not famous for any kind of training, you don't have a self disciplined population , money and resources to do any kinds of proper trainings, just check out how poorly your athletes do in sports and Olympics.

Propaganda or not, you will find out, many foreigners believe all Chinese city videos are propaganda, only get their mind blown when visiting those cities by themselves.
