Guys comon. We Turks wouldn't feel any hostility towards China if you increased your relations with Greece. We do not see Greece as a threat anymore. We are both members of NATO, that should sum it up. Turkey is not stupid to forget China's rising role in the world. China and Turkey are both powerhouse to their region, and our economy increases almost the same. We know the potential of China, therefore Turkey invited a lot of Chinese businessmen to Turkey recently, and our businessmen can see the prospects in China. Imho China and Turkey should increase their ties even more, because it is win win. Turkey is the gate for both the European and Middle Eastern/North African markets. In a couple of decades Turkey's role will grow even more. Turkish lobbies in both Europe, Asia and North America (huge Turkish diasporas around the world) are increasing their influence as well.
One more thing. Turkey is definitely not an American "puppet". We have our very own foreign policy , the Iraq war and Palestine should prove this point. While NATO invaded Iraq we forbid NATO troops to enter through Turkey, because we respect sovereignty. We know that not everything is about interest. Dignity and honor are important matters for us.
