I’ve tested positive for covid but never had any of the symptoms- isolated for 10 days as was the protocol back then before it got reduced to 5 days. You are stronger than me, I got it 2 weeks ago and it took me 4 days to recover.
People are mostly asymptomatic in south China too, but in Beijing most people are symptomatic, it's reported that BF.7 Omicron which is dominant in Beijing are more likely to develp symptoms and the weather in Beijing is very cold this time of the year, all viruses tend to be more active in cold temperature.I’ve tested positive for covid but never had any of the symptoms- isolated for 10 days as was the protocol back then before it got reduced to 5 days.
Just got tested as several people in the workplace reported symptoms and surely enough turned out I was covid -ve.

Some people report suffering from long covid.
