You have the facts wrong, Doklang was never in chinese hands, in fact, the road under construction was leading directly into a Bhutanese army garrison and the chinese troops move them out at gunpoint. Realise how their tones changed, from protecting Bhutan to stopping road building. Their MEA statement did not mention anything at all about road cessation agreeement. They just withdrew unilaterally and hope to negotiate something. Exactly what we told them to do, withdraw first, then negotiate. They listened like a good puppy after being kicked in the arse and pointed with thousand of guns.

Realise the Indians are now changing topic, they don't want to mention about mutual withdrawal at all.
