SHANGHAI, April 9 (Xinhua) -- China's popular video sharing platform Bilibili announced on Thursday that it will receive approximately 400 million U.S. dollars equity investment from Sony Corporation of America (SCA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sony Corporation.

SCA will subscribe for newly issued Class Z ordinary shares of Bilibili. The transaction is expected to close on or before April 10, 2020. Upon the closing, SCA will beneficially own about 4.98 percent of Bilibili's total issued shares.

In summary, if China wants to expand, it will shrink first economically and then physically.

China produce 103.33Kg of rice for each person or 283 gram each person per day. on top of that Wheat production is 100Kg per person or 275gram per person per day.

That is supply from domestic production enough of 0.558 Kg of Wheat and Rice for each person per day. Normal consumption is less than 200 gram per person per day. So there is a surplus of 350 grams of wheat and rice per person per day.

Its doesnt change the fact that CN bought rice 7 times higher from VN compared wt 2019 and CN also has to convert to 2 crop per year rice( thats have lower quality than 1 crop per year one) to avoid starvation like third world nations.

Toyota and BYD are launching today a new electric car company with the goal of “developing BEVs that appeal to customers.”

But the automaker has been making a lot of deals with other companies related to electric vehicles.

Last year, Toyota announced a new wide-ranging battery partnership for electric vehicles.

A few months later, the Japanese automaker also reached a deal with Chinese giant CATL for an electric car battery partnership.

After announcing a deal with China’s biggest battery maker, Toyota announced a new joint-venture with China’s biggest electric vehicle manufacturer: BYD.

Zhao Binggen, who comes from BYD, has been appointed CEO. He commented:

“This joint venture company will focus on the research and development of battery electric vehicles with technology and know-how from both China and Japan. The company is committed to promoting and populating high-quality technologies that make battery electric vehicles more environmentally friendly, safe, comfortable, and intelligent. Our vision is to create a future customer-first mobility style, and a harmonious society for humans and nature.”

The new company’s mission is to “research and develop BEVs that appeal to customers and promoting their widespread adoption and also hope to contribute to improving the environment in China.”
