Kachin is the North Burma. You are mistaking something here. And yes, Wa State is effectively a province of China. On paper they have 25k strong force, but they largely demobilised after the ceasefire. Though, if the ceasefire is broken, they have tube, and rocket artillery, manpads, even some armour.

To correct, Rohingyas are not in Kachin state, but in Rakhine state. Rakhine state is in the southwest of Myanmar.

The Wa and Shan states in the North do have good relations with China, but they are not Chinese provinces. Once the situation in Myanmar is too chaotic, the Wa and Shan States will send troops to intervene.

Kachin state in the North has the worst relationship with the Myanmar government. They used to be the first military region of the Communist Party of Myanmar and have strong strength. Kachin people believe in Christianity, and they come from Jingpo nationality in China, so they always want to be independent.

The Karen people in Karen state in the South have the support of the West. If the West wants to intervene in Myanmar, they will pass through the Karen people. However, Karen is in southern Myanmar, and Karen people are fanatical Buddhists. They are also killing and expelling Rohingyas. If the Karen get the support of the west, they will seek independence instead of helping the Rohingya.

Americans will not send troops into Myanmar because they know that China has the ability to let the United States fight a guerrilla war in Myanmar that will never end.

Only Christians and atheists in northern Myanmar are willing to help Rohingyas, that is, only China is willing to help them.

Therefore, waiting patiently for China's mediation is the only way to truly solve the Rohingya problem. Hoping for a civil war in Myanmar or Western intervention is tantamount to murdering Rohingyas. Once southern Myanmar is in chaos, those fanatical Buddhists must be the first to attack the Rohingyas.

Categorically inaccurate....the latest progrom against the rohingya is the 3rd since 1970....each time planned and executed by the army.
