Breaking : PM Imran to show 'threat letter' to senior journalists, allies today

How did Bajwa respond when he saw the letter?

Did Imran have a good look at Bajwa's legs?

Ayaz Sadiq might have an idea.
I hope PA calls time out, rolls tanks on the streets , sorts out the corrupt and stupid politicians and then let the Parliament continue until the next general elections.

Has anyone seen Arshad Sharif right now?

He said "PTI and the govt have been warned that if they take this letter public they will be tried under the Official Secrets Act".

We all know only one party in Pakistan can do that, and that is the Army.

So, this more or less confirms that the establishment is complicit with this excercise.

Memo gate was revealed to the public, us waqt to Secrets Act koi nhn tha. Dawn leaks bhi tha, no secrets act. Many more occassions.

And now when there is a purported foreign conspiracy, where a 3 time PM is colluding with foreign agents to bring about a change in govt from London, and money is exchanging hands, then establishment ko Secrets Act yad ajati hai?

They will let NS weasel his way into power in such a manner? They will sit quiet while foreign powers interfere in our matters like this? I don't know why NS is so ladla of the establishment that he always makes a deal and comes in, and every single time again fights with the establishment after 3 years like clockwork. Hamesha is ki larayi hoti hai fauj say, but still fauj wants him in every single time. Either they are incredibly naive, or stupid. Even a blind guy sees that good cop bad cop does not work.

If this whole story is true, and a letter does exist, and foreign agents are hand in hand with PML or NS, and the establishment is sitting hand on hand even knowing all of this, and threatening IK not to move forward on this, then my respect for the top brass just went down to the floor.

Lakh di lanat!

P.S. Kashif Abbasi and Badami confirming that MQM was offered large sums of money as well to switch allegiance, along with the other agreements and ministries etc.
Its was conveyed by the court..not chiefs.

And this is a piece of shit theory. In fact I seriously doubt if your comment is intentional spin on the event to promote anti army sentiments or its a genuine misunderstanding & lack of knowledge.

  • Army is NOT anti Imran.

  • Army wants to stay out of politics.

  • Army wants IK to lead himself and this perception pushed by opposition parties that IK was brought in by establishment to be buried.

  • Army wants political maturity in Pakistan

  • Army wants a strong administrator in Punjab

  • Army wants better economic performance of Pakistan

  • Army would obey orders of its PM but would not do anything unconstitutional and out of the way to protect his seat

  • The law makers, state, public, everyone would have to come together to protect PM and Pakistan's interests, army would not serve you this in a plate anymore

  • People spewing hate towards armed forces are either working on foreign agendas OR becoming a tool for promoting foreign narratives.

Hot headedness of military is gone, military has a policy of staying level headed as much as they can. Any attempts to make any side furious would only cause damage for Pakistan. Don't fuel a non existent conflict.

Air force, Army, Navy - massive defence procurements during IK tenure. Pro-Pakistan policy, IK defended his troops on all forums. IK has strong support from within military. Military men love his fearless & independent foreign policies.
well said.

Agreed...but no to new elections for quite a while. Everytime the army has taken over they have gone out of their way to act as democrats. We need them to act as dictators and clean house like never before. Abrogate the constitution...bring in a presidential system and let technocrats and professionals run the country for 10 years. Slowly reintroduce democracy after that at the local level. Anyone who has ever held any political office in the past should be banned as well as their families for the next 3 generations.

Agree…
Musharraf had golden chance of doing that. He squandered it. He should have shoved Noora off the attock fort into the river down. And then summarily shot a few corrupt bureaucrats. All else would have fallen in line.

You just don't see it, do you?

Chose to go with the system and mafia?? What else is his choice here? That's how the political process is not just in Pakistan but also in India, the US, and other democratic countries.

Imranistan problem, as is yours too, is that all of you are looking for an uncompromising ideal in form of a politician which doesn't exist. Had he played the way you wanted, he wouldn't have gone anywhere near the PMship.

Pakistan's history is riddled with corruption, it's not news not and it's going away anytime soon. To thrive in this system, you either become part of it to whatever extent or be thrown out.
Hard to complain when his very own tactics of partaking in the system that benefited him through the ouster of Nawaz sharif is being taken to the cleaner now. He had chances but he chose the system to preserve his democratic powers which was possible based on deals is now in danger.

Again, it is hard to complain when it is his own making.

Yes, Musharraf had a great chance which he messed up. He had a proposal to bring in a Presidential system in hand and the constitutional amendments required. He chose not to do so and went for a referendum instead to get himself elected rather than have a direct Presidential election and allow other candidates. He would have won but He said the country/people werent ready to have a direct Presidential election. He was also told to make it more difficult to amend the constitution so these harami politicians can't undo any of his reforms (requiring 3/4 majority plus approval by a referndum). He didn't do that either. Now we are paying the price.

A barrister representing the PTI was also on the show, he did not refute her comments. The show called 'Nasim Zehra' at 8 PM of 30th March 2022 should be available on the Youtube tomorrow. You could check it out yourself. Besides, since the letter is written by a Pakistani diplomat, it is quite easy for the foreign office to ask their employee to put whatever they want in it.
Sir,

The letter was not written by a diplomat.

There is no interpretation or opinion in this.

Its a 'meeting minutes', each word is made a record. Not even a single word can be changed from what's spoken. It was an official meeting.

no at noon time pst Arshad Sharif broke the news that IK is being threatened with secret act

in the evening a "concerned citizen" went to his highness Athar MinAllah got court order in minutes

because Pak Judiciary is known for "speedy" justice

In that matter army was alleged to be in bed with sectarian terrorism.
That's much different from a conspiracy being hatched to bring back a satellite sate in Pakistan. Pakistan has had satellite governments in past as well however right now it's an important juncture in time that of shift of power arenas in world and khan being PM.

Altaf is still popular among members and altaf is still their leader..altaf still has a support base in karachi... I think you are not aware of these cold and cruel facts. Establishment has been trying to manage mqm since late 80s but miserably failed.
Khalid Magsi zain bugti these are folks who dont even call baluchistan Pakistan.. they refer baluchistan as baluchistan and Pakistan as Pakistan.
Matlab Kuch b? Then why establishment supported BAP n Zain n gave protection to MQM. For 75 years they played this game but now they are Neutral, especially when US is trying it's best to influence our internal politics. I still think it's a grand plan of ISI n COAS to roundup all the culprits n catch them red handed n have a firm grip on them but then keeping in mind our history, we lost half of country over personal egos n lack of farsightedness n Pre-emtive and proactive steps taken by establishment using reactive tactics. These polticians have used legal ways to bring an illegal regime change.

I'm speechless how fast this judgement of 4 pages was issued. In few hours an application is deposited, hearing is fixed, hearing is conducted, arguments are made, decision is given and 4 pages court orders are typed, printed and issued. I'm sure J. AM holds Guinness Book of World Record for fastest justice.
