The difference is like the one between heavens and the earth .one is a lil moderate group hailing from the majority with a big fan base across the country which apart from random acts of violence never resorted to terror activities against the state ------ while ttp is a straight out takfiri foreign funded entity with a history of targeting state institutes and civilians.
