I hope Pakistan finds some loophole or say they don't have proof or something and let him continue what he has been doing.he has been good for both Pakistan and India .he is more useful for India when he is out in the open ,there is a reason he was let go by India ,he has been doing what his real masters have told him to do

Well played pakistan. Its a matter of time.

DIL KO BEHLANE KE LIYE GHALIB YE KHAYAL ACHHA HAI.

Pakistan allowed :omghaha::omghaha::omghaha:
As if it was in control of Pakistan.
What happen to all the narratives that Pakistan was giving in regard to MMA from last decade.
All of sudden all those narratives lost the gas ?

Having said that, its in interest of Pakistan govt and public at large to clean up the things, what happen in past need to be fixed so that a better future can be built.
After getting slapped on Indias face for the last 10 years finally Chinese and pakistanis have had their laughs and now are letting india have this unimportant man on the list. India need some happines in Life after the slaps PAF and DGISPR have given India army over the last 3 months.

FATF blacklist incoming!
India soon to be on FATF black list for the grusome indian backed and financied indian terror attack in Sri Lanka.

My comment, of course, was a pun, made in a lighter vein.
Ah, the smileys at the end! Rest of your post came across as a caustic jibe misdirected against an incumbent head of the government of a sovereign nation state.
One problem is this that there is no established international law, which compels a state to hand over its citizen to another state
Indeed, Pakistan is under no such compulsion to accede to any demands. The very fact that you are changing your stance denotes how much of a quagmire you find yourselves in on all fronts.
They are deemed to be heroes. Most of the people fail to recognize that, people, fighting for certain cause, are invariably labelled as "criminals" and "heroes", by different group of people. This is a hard and undeniable fact of the human history.
That is unquestionably true, the age old dilemma between terrorists and freedom fighters.
As for the labeling by UN, most of the Pakistanis don't ascribe it to it and don't give a damn. But, since the state is under compulsion to implement such provisions; it does so.
This is where the scale of justice shall always tip to the side of the righteous, and punishment reserved for those truly deserving of it.
so CBMs have hardly any relevance here.
Are you proposing a military solution between two nuclear armed states to resolve this conflict? As opposed to CBMs which might appear cosmetic but have far reaching implications.

This does not give me much pleasure. Coz its just a symbolic gesture.
Real work done will be when pakistan will be black listed in FATF.

Yes, because we knew pakistan is supporting terrorism. We brought all the required evidences and world realized it
Maybe learn the distinction between a State being designated as a 'sponsor of terrorism' vs non-state entities being designated terrorists.

It's only the latter that is being addressed - consider it an olive branch from Pakistan to the rabid, Hindutva bigots running India currently. I mean, we had to give you something after humiliating you in Balakot, shooting down your jets and bombing right next to Indian military installations in IOK.

I Don't see any reality in this. What is the source?

US pushed for this move to deescalate the prospects of full-scale war between Pakistan and India; do not judge a book by its cover. US-Pak relations are far from being perfect but to assume that Pakistan have not benefited from this trajectory is absolutely WRONG and FALSE.
Sir, how USA utilised Pakistan, world know it. It brings destruction and death in Pakistan rather than any prosperity or developments. What they provided in financial terms was mere a labour's 'daily wage' if refer to pay scales.
I bet, you fulfil their wish and tomorrow they will put another Indian demand for you to fulfill and the cycle keeps on. What I have seen, US is 'mother of evil' most of the problems in this world due to USA attitude. They want this world to run by their desires 'NEW WORLD ORDER'. Mr Bush already declared 'crusade'.
What do you think, if India declares war on Pakistan, will USA embargo on India? IMO thinking like this will be like living in fools paradise.
As there is saying in Pakistan, 'پولیس والوں کی دوستی بھی بری اور دشمنی بھی'. Pakistan should distant away from USA for betterment.
We should trust in ALLAH SWT - may ALLAH SWT bless us with righteous path - Ameen.

Edited: Just a glimpse of love USA pour on us thru her/Indian proxy, from occupied Afghanistan.

And you Indians are pure and pious ?

What have you been doing sponsoring terrorist outfits like TTP, BLA & Altaf Hussein.

Well you have enough opportunity to present your case before UN and UNSC even with the help of friendly nations. What is stopping Pakistan from pursuing any such case after providing the evidances??

I bet there will be enough nations ion the security council ncluding China to back any such move.

Ah, the smileys at the end! Rest of your post came across as a caustic jibe misdirected against an incumbent head of the government of a sovereign nation state.

Using your own good words, the jibe was no doubt caustic, but not at all misdirected. Being "head of the government of a sovereign nation state" does not essentially preclude criminality and wrongdoing. Ancient, medieval and modern history is replete with examples of such rulers, who were criminal to the hilt. That is another thing, that they were and are above law, whatever little there was or is.

Indeed, Pakistan is under no such compulsion to accede to any demands. The very fact that you are changing your stance denotes how much of a quagmire you find yourselves in on all fronts.

I don't know to which changes in stances, you are alluding to. But, in any case, changing the positions and narratives is part of diplomacy and politics, particularly the global one. You appear to be under some misconception that politics is governed by some kind of morality or ethics. It is not. As for the quagmire, if there is any, that is of course problem of Pakistan and Pakistan will have to address it, if it so desires.

That is unquestionably true, the age old dilemma between terrorists and freedom fighters.

Good, that you accepted it. Most of the Indians don't.

This is where the scale of justice shall always tip to the side of the righteous, and punishment reserved for those truly deserving of it.

This is some sort of metaphysical, mythical and utopian statement, to which I better not respond. Since, in my 60 years of life, I have never seen any such "Scale of Justice". Generally, scales tip to the mightier side.

Are you proposing a military solution between two nuclear armed states to resolve this conflict? As opposed to CBMs which might appear cosmetic but have far reaching implications.

No. Not at all. I think that many fundamental political and social disputes get resolved, not owing to the willingness of the combating parties, but by the forces of circumstances, which are beyond anybody's control, or even imagination. Let's await for them.

Cosmetic things, in my view, are essentially short term in nature and don't lead to far reaching implications. More than often, they are merely storm in a tea cup.

Not sure why indians think credit goes to them?

You know very well about the reason Indian think the credit goes to us...Of course Pakistan was not requesting for granting him as a global terrorist in UN...

On a side note, i still doubt about the news if it is true..If China has really released its objection, this is another reason for Pakistan to understand, How China is constrained by Pakistan to support unreasonable foreign policy ..

Rather than supporting Masood, Pakistan could have punished any Indian spy who is held in your prison and allowed Masod to be declared as teroeist by UN..It would have been a win win for every one..
