Pasban,

Yeah that is what Nima is trying to do.. but not intentionally though.. ;) According to him.. ONLY Armenia is Iran true friend among all its neighbors. We have told him that majority of Pakistanis love Iranians and consider Iran brother country to such an extent that when USA was deciding to bomb Iran few years ago.. Pakistan refused to allow its territory against Iran because of Public pressure.

Nima hates Arabs, he has been banned from Afghan forum.. he bad mouths Turkey and Turks...

with such attitude he isn't doing any favor to Iran and Iranians in general.. he is further isolating Iran... if some Iranian is not Muslim. that doesn't mean that you have to dislike all your Muslim neighbors with the exception of Armenia... ;)

Its not exactly wrong to say that among Iran's neighbours, Armenia is somewhat of a "friend" to Iran. Iranians and Armenians have a very long history together and there is a large Iranian-Armenian community that has lived in Iran for centuries. Armenians are definitely the friendliest nation to Iran in the Caucasus, Georgians probably the second most.

looool :rofl::rofl:

You remind me exactly off my pro shah friends but they call those people baseeji.

Absolutely beautiful shot, mind telling us the location of this place?

Inshallah next time i go to Iran hopefully i can explore a bit more and get to see places like Tabriz, Shiraz and maybe Kish Island.

lol I'm not pro shah but yeah these basiji losers are the weirdest baboons on the planet.
They call themselves muslim but they worship khomaini like a statue.

I know that.. but I thought among all your neighbors you are more closely related to Afghans .. not in friendly way.. but in others ways..

Not really. Afghans are very different to Iranians. Only the Tajiks in that country have a cultural and historical relationship to north eastern Iran and the Persian culture. But modern-day Iranians and Tajiks have diverged quite a lot since they were united in what was once known as Khorasan, which nowadays only exists in northeast Iran. The rest of Afghanistan has some relationship to Iran, but not too much. Their culture, society and way of life is totally different to Iranians and they have a different history to us.

Majority of the people in Afghanistan also speak Farsi, but they call that language "Dari".

What is more accurate term for that language Farsi or Dari. We call Persian language, "Farsi", but they say no its Dari.

For example, this poetry of Allama Iqbal is in Farsi language but Afghans say its Dari, we call this language Farsi.

Persian Gulf Artificial Island
07 June 2006
TEHRAN, June 6 (MNA) -- Iran's Persian Gulf port Kish will begin receiving bulk carriers by March 2007 through the implementation of the port's comprehensive plan, the managing director of the Kish Port and Airport Development and Management Company said on Tuesday.

Mehdi Chamanzad put the maximum capacity of the ships that will be able to enter the port in the future at 50,000 tons.

The comprehensive plan will be launched sometime between autumn 2006 and spring 2007, he explained.

Dredging operations will be carried out in the future to increase the depth of the water beside the docks to 14 meters, he added.

One million cubic meters of silt and mud will be removed during the dredging, which will be used to create a new artificial island near Kish, he stated.

Chamanzad said that the new island is being created to expand tourism and efforts are currently underway to find a suitable location.
