At any rate the Senate of Pakistan exists for that purpose & that purpose alone - No Law....no Law can be passed without them passing it which means if the other 3 Provinces do not favor a piece of legislation - Punjab can't do jack to get it passed !

Furthermore after the 18th Amendment all the major portfolios are under the purview of the Provinces - Ask PTI, ask PPP, ask the BNP - Not PML N !

Lastly PML N got enough votes from Baluchistan to form a Government & they got enough votes in KPK to form a Coalition Government - So you should ask those Baluch & those Pukhtoons who voted for PML N because its not the 'systems' fault if you can form a government in 3 out of 4 Provinces !

I think every Division or 2-3 Divisions combined if one is not economically feasible, should be made into separate Provinces !

Yara KPK produces around 1 million tons of wheat annually , whereas its requirement is around 4 million metric tons . For that KPK has to rely on Punjab . It is always give and take . And the Natural Resources belong to the province anyways . So what is your point ??

It's for the whole country, not just for you. Was Balochistan neglected? Yes, but to counter than you need to get rid of Sardars whose kids and grand kids grow up around the world. I knew a couple of then in American Uni of Dubai, they superficially care for Baluchis but they themselves deprive the baloch/your populace of your money by blowing it on champagne bottles worth $6-700 dollars. Lambos Ferraris and what not. If we have issues is not with the average baloch. It's them. You guys have to work on your own leaders. Until then if you attack pipelines, attack buses, bomb markets, food streets, blow up trains no one will give you anything.

It was always easier for the agencies to make them "disappeared/missing persons" when nobody even knew who they were , (If our govt. intended so) . 3 months and 2000 km of walk , yet no one tried to stop them !! It is their democratic right and we have no problem with it .
