Alright , I will give it a try .

The article says that only three tribal leaders and one student leader are waging war against the state , due to the ' indifference ' of the politicians whilst the rest of the tribes are fighting against the ones who are involved in anti-state activities because of the negligence of those in power . A statement by Mr. Mir Shafiq Mangal is also quoted who says that ' if the Govt doesn't show weakness , we can throw these mischief makers into the sea ' .

The media falsely propagates that the Baluch want independence but if one were to wander from one end of Baluchistan to other or take a look at a map , it will become apparent that overwhelming majority of Baluch people are ' pro Pakistan ' and patriotic and they are fighting with the insurgents alone seeing which it can be said that Pakistan faces no threat to its territorial integrity in the presence of these brave and patriotic son of soil . The newspaper further says that during the visit of its reporter to the province , the facts that he found were ' surprising ' and ' contrary to what the media usually propagates or what we think ' and ' encouraging . The astonishing thing he came across was that some of the politicians elected from the same province are involved in spewing venom against the country and work against the country whilst enjoying being in the Govt and the people who are fighting against insurgents are middle class . The law enforcement agencies are limited therefore , in this way since even in the ' presence of enough and credible evidence to prosecute ' , they cant take action since those people are either in the Govt themselves or are supported by the politicians in Quetta and Parliament . The security agencies further note that kidnapping for ransom crimes in Quetta and Khuzdar have the hand of a son of opposition leader and even the leaders from his tribe aren't behind . There is documented evidence that militants of Baluchistan use the vehicles of a ' provincial minister ' for transportation of arms and ammunition and at times that minister is even there in it ! On the other hand , a leader of the Senate of Pakistan Sanaa-ullah-Baluch is present in America these days and busy in spewing hatred against the state . He is also a ' active member ' of Baluch society of North America but despite this fact his relatives and people are getting the most of the contracts in the area . Even today , the people are getting electricity and jobs through Sanaa-ullah's people . The question arises that ' Are all Baluch leaders or Sardars anti-Pakistan and involved in anti state activities ? ' Indeed , such isn't the case . If we take facts into account then Baluchistan has 30 districts whilst the law and order disturbance and insurgency is present in only 5 districts . Even those three tribal leaders and a student leader who are anti-Pakistan aren't even supported by their own families . However the situation is not that simple , since the Baluch people largely follow their leaders who despite being just few can get the support of 15-20% people but because they are being controlled and manipulated by the enemy , this can be dangerous unless they are dealt with . During his visit , he also met representatives/commanders of BRA and BLA . One of those is underground due to the security forces spoke to the reporter and alleged that the people are being kidnapped and missing even now and that agencies are involved in killing Baluch people . However the situation is that the Baluch youth have stood up against the terrorists taking the example of one of the four branches of Dera Bugti of which the smallest but the most powerful ' Rai'ja ' is fighting against the state whilst the rest are fighting against it . One of the prominent ones is member of Parliament Tariq Masoori Bugti is from the same area belonging to the ' Soori ' branch of Bugtis who's not only retaliating against those insurgents but is maintaining peace in the area . - Translation

The rest of the article is filled with the names of those leaders who have made ' lashkars ' and fighting with militants along with grievances of the people of the province and alleges that Pakistani media is siding with militants and a special interview with Mr Shafiq Mangal and that there's no need to negotiate but to take care of these terrorists because there isn't a war of independence going on there .
