Other than Sayyedah Zahra (S.A) whom got martyred [because she defended her Imam, Imam Ali AS so she got beaten in age 17] 90 days after demise of Prophet (S) Prophet (S) has no daughters.

Ruqayyah and Umm Kulthum were daughters of Prophet's wife Hazarat Khadijah (S.A).
