It was reported in 2008 September that Azerbaijan had signed a deal worth "hundreds of millions of dollars" with Israeli firms of IMI and Soltam (Israel and Azerbaijan close multi-million dollar arms deal - Israel News | Haaretz Daily Newspaper). The deals involved Lynx MLRS and 120mm Cardom self-propelled mortars, mounted on two different chassis, a tracked MT-LB and a wheeled Mercedes. There seems to be an additional order for Lynx worth $210 million from Azerbaijan.

The deal with Roketsan involved TR-122 rockets and T-122 launcher aswell, worth $244 million. Morover there are separate deals for local production of TR-122 rockets and the production of the launcher are also planned. The deal with MKEK involved delivery of 36 T-155 Firtina howitzers worth over $200 million. There were certain issues with the delivery of T-155 Firtina, but according to latest reports these issues have been solved, however there is no confirmation of actual deliveries.
However, T-122 has been confirmed.
