Awareness of NEM weapons and need for legislation

We live in a world where some countries are eons ahead in their achievements of science and technology from the rest of the world while the other countries have to mostly borrow whatever technology they have from those countries. While advanced countries can take pride in the way their nations took the lead in understanding of various sciences and developed technologies that benefit humanity and it would be good for the rest of the world to emulate and encourage similar practices in their countries, sometimes human mind and new technologies gone evil in the developed world can hurt everyone and poor countries are especially at a risk of being targeted by these technologies. Here I want to write about dangers of a similar technology called Neuro-electromagnetic(NEM) weapons from the perspective of my own country Pakistan, and increase awareness among people of Pakistan regarding these weapons and emphasize the need for legislation to stop these weapons being abused by mercenary elements in our country.
I will not go into scientific explanation into working of these weapons but describe what effect they have on the target. In their mildest form, foreign secret service agents can easily, using NEM weapons, know what the target is thinking, what he would say next, affect his mood, and implant suggestions in his brain. In their advanced form, the NEM weapons are used to retard the brain of the target forever and usually such victims can be scientists in the third world countries.
Usually for the NEM weapons to be successful on the target, he has to be given some drugs in the food. These drugs are not poison at all, but help the NEM weapons to be effective and usually a cunning ploy used to administer the drugs to the victim is to give him drugs in the food he takes alongwith a large group of people to falsely assure him that food is perfectly fine and everybody is eating the same food. Only the brain of the victim is altered with technologies that work remotely using electromagnetic waves and brain of the rest of the group remains as good as ever. So these drugs can safely be given to food and beverage companies with assurance that there would be no mass victimization. Food and beverage companies are usually bribed to cooperate while assuring them of the morality behind retarding the victim.
American government has the most advanced NEM weapons technology so it suits them to have no laws anywhere against the use of these weapons. Just like Americans continue to advance their nuclear technologies while telling every country the benefits of never developing these weapons, this is another domain in which they oppose any laws against the use of NEM weapons since such laws would erode their capability to control humans unliked by their military and intelligence infrastructure while technologically backward countries cannot use these weapons on any American.
As a Pakistani, I think it is important for me to increase awareness of these weapons to Pakistan's government and the general public. We really have to protect our brains which include key people in the government, politics, judiciary, the press and the scientists. Especially people who take a principled stand against the strong foreign powers are advised to have good awareness of these weapons.
I would also stress the need to make strong laws against the use of these weapons in Pakistan since otherwise corrupt elements in our country can continue to take advantage of these technologies and play in the hands of foreign powers to cut the roots of our own country. Due to lack of laws, it is a common practice among secret services of several countries to distribute drugs among food and beverage companies, a practice which can selectively affect the brain of any individual among thousands who would have taken the food manufactured by the certain beverage company. Everybody has to be aware of this threat.
I would also advise Pakistani nationals abroad in decision making capacity and important governemnt officials who travel abroad to be careful about where to take their food. This fact is quite well known to foreign embassies of some foreign countries who only take food especially delivered to them from their own country. I would strongly suggest when key figures of our country travel abroad, especially to developed countries, that they take their food with them, a well established practice among heads of some western countries. There is no greatness in showing niceties which would result in our key officials having extraordinarily pleasant mood in foreign tours resulting in decisions that would hurt our country forever.

This is my appeal to Pakistan's PM to seek an inquiry into the issue of use of NEM weapons in Pakistan by puppets of foreign powers in our security institutions.

American universities are asked by their intelligence agencies to keep an eye on brilliant students from target countries. The world is really not as ideal place as we would like to believe and many nations who continue to preach humanity to us, have serious reservations against progress and development in several target countries. And they are never reluctant to use so called "humane ways" to retard our brains using NEM weapons to achieve their objectives.

I make this allegation that corrupt elements in our forces, who continue to profess profound love for the country, are bribed so they cooperate with foreign elements in retarding the brains of our own nation. Though many of us would not like to touch such a topic, I would suggest that this matter must be given a high priority before it is too late.

I end this brief request by saying that no institution is above criticism and accountability. When some institutions label criticism on them as traitorism and are not ready to stand any words other than praise, it strongly means that something has gone wrong with these institutions.

I will later explain how some of the most celebrated psychiatrists of our country cooperate with military generals to declare some persons psychotic. Professional achievement may always not be a criteria of integrity. In fact in corrupt countries like ours, people like to exploit professional achievement for doing wrong to others in reward for money since they can dupe public and cite their professional achievements as criteria for their integrity, and are sure to get away with their crimes.

When our great scientist Dr. Atta ur Rehman wrote against American military installation of Haarp, some Hoodbhoy of LUMS fondly called "Hud Hud of foreign powers" by me, started to criticize him and declare it some kind of bogus science. Dr. Atta ur Rehman got honorary PhD from Cambridge in addition to several other international awards given to no other scientist from the Muslim world, in recognition of his scientific research in his field.

Since making such remarks about somebody's name is not considered a very good thing to do and causes ambiguity about why I am saying it especially when he is involved in other controversies regarding religion.

Haarp is a US military installation and intelligent/educated people everywhere including US are very vocal against this facility that can be used in many many wrong ways and also without understanding of its consequences(Which is very usual for US military to do even in conventional wars) for our environment among other things. Now defence of this very controversial foreign military installation by a Pakistani scientist with unreasonable arguments raises suspicions in our minds.

His views about science and religion which I consider partially right and partially wrong, have nothing to do with this label. I appreciate that he is free to say what he likes and this is a healthy sign in our society and country and I would never label anyone wtih such views as foreign agent, though in some cases(not necessarily in his case) such views might be adopted and propagated with foreign money which can cast doubt on the originality of motivation to express the views.

I remember when I was in Tokyo, I rented an apartment in Roppongi where I could only live for a few days since the apartment had gases and when I would shout with pain and say anything, that would be heroically shown as a proof of anti-American hatred. This mentality is well known to American army who thrive on similar skills. To Americans: You do not have to believe me but please keep this aspect in mind when you are making decisions. I still remember when the Saudi prince who saved Citi, wanted to donate money for 9/11 victims and asked to also think about causes behind terrorism, his money was heroically refused. This is not a matter of blind patriotism. We all say that terrorism is wrong/bad and must be stopped but the idea to promote armies heroically to stem it is even worse. You have to address the underlying causes as well and if your army continues to create more hatred, again you are buying from the future, that is buying short term peace in the currency of hatred that will have to be subdued by even greater force, and army(synonymous in grown up children's eyes with patriotism) stays in business.

Similarly when I came to UK, I rented an apartment in central London at a short distance from Harrods, I was treated there by the British with gases. And I had to live in hotels despite having paid three months rent in advance. Use of gases on humans is heroically deplored at places who were in knowledge of it.

Since this forum has a lot of audience in third world armies and related infrastructure supposed to protect state secrets. And prominent people especially the government officials like to visit cities like London, considering it a great place for recreation or for some other purpose. And of course they like British hospitality but when you go to good hotels, please be careful about your body being charged. Especially when one takes a shower, or other places where our body is exposed in special positions, they can fix small gadgets at places which can charge our body without our knowledge. And that would reveal everything you are thinking and you would never even know.

Please enjoy hospitality of grand hotels, which you pay for, but do not trust them. Since state secrets are more valuable and these hotels, however good, fully cooperate with their intelligence services. You will be gullible to trust them and if you have important state secrets, your people will suffer.

Too boring to continue to write about the same thing in one session. I know many people do not like my writing about it, since many powerful black sheep of my own country are involved here,and that is why countries like ours, keep shooting themselves in the foot and always continue to teach their children about false national pride since there probably would never be any significant achievement of the current generations to be proud about.

Besides, Isn't it ironic that people behind movements against dictators/injustices are praised by western media/nations when it suits their purpose while similar dictator infrastructure is used to subdue voices when not liked by these western nations.

I remember when I was in UK, I went to all major British newspapers' offices to tell my story but some of them went to the limit to ask me that if I stepped inside their gate, they will call police on me. General media there continues to toe the same line, as it is dictated by commercialism and giving people what they like to hear.

Since most people, especially in third world countries, do not have much awareness about NEM weapons, I would suggest that famous talk show hosts who are worried about human rights, civil liberties, and like to expose tall claims of patriotism, should dedicate a few evenings to understanding of this issue. This will help general public understand their responsibilities and would not be easily duped or pressurized to cooperate in using these weapons, and it will also help good elements in every country's forces to have a greater say in related decisions because 'foreign assets' in security institutions are usually at the forefront of using these weapons, mostly against the good of their own country and people.

For example, I have always appreciated principled stand of Hamid Mir, host of Capital Talk, on many many issues, so it would be natural if he could plan a show on this issue so citizens of Pakistan could have a better understanding behind reasons, implications, objectives and repercussions associated with the use of NEM weapons. Once most of us know about these weapons and related issues, I am sure that a greater awareness of these weapons would stop them from being used in many wrong ways especially when they are used against the very people of their own country.

To give people some food for thought, I narrate one of the most detested ills in our society that has remarkably decreased due to staunch opposition from good people, when some guy failed to lure a woman to marry/like him, he would respond/revenge by throwing acid on her face to make her face ugly forever. Humans know the meanings of making other's face ugly.

Now I make the claim that bad people among some nations can block neurotransmitters from somebody's face and can make the victim look ugly, a 'humane and non-violent' way to do something wrong. To intelligent people, I will ask the question whether it is human or in human? And if it is inhuman, we should try to be human before we can make even more disputable claims of being civilized.

Good and bad people are in all nations, and nations who are considered 'civilized' in general, because more people there have a tendency to have traits that are called good in universal human sense, but this should not become an excuse to let others among them engage in practices that are 'inhuman'.

I just cited one wrong thing about NEM weapons that could be easily understood by everyone, everything associated with this technology is evil.

Really one of the greatest issue with these weapons like many other weapon systems is, who will decide or authorize the use of these weapons to be used mostly on civilians. For example, leadership of the most powerful country in the world, in my judgement, is inherently insecure when they come across intelligent Muslims which simply means that emotions of negative category will simply play the most part in making the decision to use these weapons. People have to understand that insecurity about good things of others is their own problem and not the problem of the intended victim. Many of these leaders who are well versed in the politics and issues related to two party politics, have very limited understanding of the issues and dynamics related to many broader problems beyond what they continue to see/learn in their politics and simply would have little hesitation to use these weapons to solve several supposed/assumed problems.

Since the victim has to be kept charged for the success of NEM weapons, and many times good food and water can hurt the schemes of those trying to subdue the victim, they are more than willing to move their infrastructure into religious worship places where they could drug the food and especially the water. Even the most holiest sites in the world where no sane human would like to do anything of this sort, their infrastructure continues to work on normal lines. Many of us would naiively suspect my statements but they should realize that other depraved acts like stealing money from pockets of unwitting is quite common at the most holiest places, only this crime is committed by similar minded people in the state infrastructure, just that generous money is doled out by someone else.

Really I am not very qualified to remark about how people of other religions/countries regard other people with these common things. I had very funny experiences with several of Muslim British politicians of Pakistani descent, though I will not name any of them here. First of all, most of them except one who I will always respect, were not willing to listen to me at all, and one of a very famous supposed philanthropist, of course a politician as well, was quick to cut his phone on me after saying a few sentences of affected advice. Similarly our own people here would be willing to say or do anything for money, connections, or favors from someone who is powerful in position of authority but lacks character and is 'liked by foreign powers' for the same reasons.

Since state infrastructure is much larger and resourceful than any individual, every tactic is used to control the victim of NEM weapons. People are always willing to cooperate with state infrastructure especially because they can be promised anything they would ever want and it would still be a 'grain of sand' in the 'mound of a trillion dollars' that is proudly awarded to American war machine annually by 'patriots in that country' who I would rather call a stupid lot. Since many greedy people, who are already willing to cooperate due to promises of money, or opportunity to mingle with those corrupt people who are in a position of authority and are well regarded in the society, like some kind of ethical justification to assure themselves(read fool themselves) that they are not doing anything wrong. This ethical justification, obviously concocted, is given to the those who actively cooperate with the war machine based on their 'taste about right and wrong'. And some people who are still not convinced, are told that they will be given a complete briefing after the completion of the operation, since they know very well when most neurotransmitters have been taken out of the brain, the incoherent victim will not be able to explain anything.

Talking about semblance of Justice British maintain, I still remember when I was in London, I visited a large compound, very close to supreme court building of theirs, housing several dozen law firms. I wanted to ask the law firms about discussion and investigation into legal issues regarding my case, but the compound administration in that supposedly free country requested me to leave the compound, threatening force would be used otherwise, despite the fact that public movement was totally free in that compound and guards at the entrance had already checked my small bag and allowed me into the compound, if any thought about safety was a concern.
