they will pick up pace now as until now they were doing it cautiously at slow pace...so that any survivors may not get harmed...
but now they dont seem to have any further reason to hope for survivors and they can procees at full pace...
other than that as a public interne forum. this fotum did better than commeratial/professional news channels at keeping full track of the disaster and later operaion.
All information about the disaster can be found in this along with our on analysis and opinions which are now proving to be accurate enough..
we did estimate that the rubble that came down on gayari was about 2.5 million tons...
that coincides with the figure of 10 million cubic feet you post here.
We have the tracking system but the soldiers don't freaking sleep with a tracker inside the HQ!!!Why Pakistan just a country to receive bad news everyday now avalanches ? That's alot of headaches.
Pakistan need to have advanced communication signals tracking systems to monitor trapped soldiers if necessary, not just sniffer dogs and other equipments.
i believe that is wrong This unit was in Quetta before moving to SiachinThis unit served in FATA before moving to Siachin. Patriotic and hard working unit.
The things are getting silent now. From our side as well as ISPR.
It's been 3 weeks.
