We have a big number of Jordanians in Pune as well. Not as many as the Iranians though.

its why we have changed the name from Persia to Iran since 1935(
1314 s).because Iran means the land of Aryans.(99% of the people are aryans).

It's mainly because of the name western countries gave to Iran,Persia in past centuries.Persians are nearly 55-60% of the country,more than 25% are Azeris,10% Kurds and the rest are Arabs,Turkmen,Baloochs and others.
The only groups that speaks non-Iranian language are Azeris.

Where? If I am not mistaken, you are referring the Pune University in India. Actually, we have many professors who got their PHD from India and Pakistan, they are always the worst. I am sorry, but they are really incompetent.

Persian used to be one of the languages of Bangladesh, it was replaced by English later..
