4). What if these 14 + 28 people submit an application in Sindh H.C. on behalf of 22-million people they represent? Can the H.C. not endow them with "power" that is missing at the moment?

This is exactly what I am saying - so far PPP, PMLn and Interior Sindh politicians have joined hands.

I agree with @Verve that Supreme Court order is the way to go.

If that is the case then blame must be given to PMLN also and Punjab leaders with Sindhi Nationalists.
We have heard that PPP and Sindhi nationalists are against Division but why not accept that Punjab also against it.

What you are ignoring is that they treat Sindhis and Sindh badly as well.

Rest assured that this decision will not go anywhere without proper feedback from "sensitive" quarters and proper assessments of the likely response from entire Sindh.

The federal minister for law has not done any favour to IK by giving a public statement without a proper discussion in the cabinet.

Nothing is more damaging to the country than neglecting an important industrial port city. Investors moved to Bangladesh due to MQM and PPP petty politics and that hurt the economy of entire Pakistan.

PPP is a party mostly comprised of selfish waderas. Maybe, when a common Sindhi will see betterment in karachi, it will start forgetting Bhutto, and in the next term they will vote for a better party than pppp.

If PTI leaves everything between ppp and mqm (just like how the world sees Kashmir issue a bilateral one between India and pakistan), entire Pakistan will suffer from the consequences. Investors will leave, qualified Karachiites will apply for immigration etc. Remember, Karachi is not a city of Urdu speaking people only, they only represent 45% of karachi. Qualified and able people from the entire country come here for jobs and business. They all need some support from the federal government which they have chosen for themselves.

Why not create provinces from punjab, baluchistan and kp as well? Why only karachi ? This is a fair question my sindhi brothers may ask.

Also why blame just ppp, why not mqm as well? What have they done?

If the opposition thinks that it is unconstitutional or illegal, they can go to court to stop federal government. And if courts stop the government, PTI should resign from Karachi. This is how they can save their faces.. they must tell the public that nothing is in their hands and they tried but courts didn't let them work. They will get more votes in the next elections if they do this.

I don't agree with the bold part because PTI are short of numbers in Central but in province yes they can but that will be foolish to resign because they might have a chance to overthrown PPP government in Sindh by making forward block in PPP, for that they also need provincial members too. About politics people can surely realise court are also against it.

You can blame MQM but we all know under current amendment in constitution powers are with PPP. MQM has nothing. Only solution to Karachi is to give mayor administrative powers like CM of sindh.

Sindh is not united on the issue if you considers Karachiites Sindhi. People of Karachi don't want to be part of Wadera shahis. As far as military action is concerned Balochis, Karachiites, Pukhtuns all faced military action. So, Whats the point?

Bhai, if it is a constitutional step, courts will say that why you are asking them? Are they in charge of implementation of law and order? No.. it's government..

It's like government is presenting a budget, but before this, it goes to a court to take permission whether they could present or not.

Brother in politics there is no heroes. What PTI or government will get by becoming heroes? If they resign MQM fill their spaces in Karachi and will follow the suit in other provinces with respect to popularity of other parties against PTI.
