As for few Muslims achieving in India, they are doing pretty well as a minority and way better than minorities doing in Pakistan.

Use common sense. If we didn't have a census our nation would be over run with foreigners and any other criminal through out the world.

Our census bureau stops you on the street and asks you for id and full statement of history. It has happened to me as well.

Also many Afghan illegals have been counted this way at truck stops, bazaars and other places.

Official count may or may not be disclosed, but to think Pakistan does not conduct a census is retarded.

Well show me the latest census report then? Pakistan last conducted a census in 1998. The one conducted in 2011, the data is still not published yet, so no international agencies have them.

If no one knows just how many people there are in Pakistan, think about how reliable any per capita figure would be.

Since 1981, 32 years almost now, Pakistan has conducted two census. One in 1998 and the other in 2011/12(the data for which is still not out).

So all the economic and development statistics we see today is an estimate based on figures from 1998, back when Pakistani economy was doing quite well. The last decade hasn't been that great for Pakistan's economy and Pakistan in general, so once the real data is out (not the projected ones), the ground reality will be quite different than what is.

Over 150 million Indian Muslims, still no terrorist organization of scale of Al Qaeda, LeT, JeM, etc. Even the worst ones among Indian extremists, that are Naxalites, are not Muslim majority. Look at the level of radicalization in your country and ours. You got 65 years without Hindus and you are still waiting for chances, Admit your failures as a nation taken down by your own elected and supported leaders. Muslims elected by Muslims.

Mate - you are repeating the same points again and again even after @KRAIT posted the alternate view. So let me try this - Muslims of India has been making their own choice before independence and post independence -

1. Muslims of India voted for Muslim League in 1945/46 provincial/central elections when ML stood on the plank of separate country for muslims.
2. Then they choose to stay back post independence in India
3. They follow their own Muslim Personal civil law and this law was untouched except changed for their own convenience in 1980s(Post Shah Bano case)
4. Gujarat riots nos - Muslim deaths - 750, Hindu deaths - 250(not including the 59 Godhra deaths) - so both the communities has been affected and not just one community alone as you state here - an ugly situation nevertheless.

No Sir many of them wanted to make progress they couldn't because Muslims were being killed by Indians when they tried to migrate and many couldn't have migrated this was already known to us that all Muslims would not be able to become part of Pakistan Sir we already knew it but we will help them when ever they need help and India is showing why Pakistan was the right choice for those who migrated to Pakistan yes we have problems but at least we have lot of chances to make progress but Indian Muslims don't have any chance to make progress

The basic flaw in this article is that its comparing Indian Muslims with Indian Dalits and by assuming that Dalits are socially exploited (someone needs to come out of his time machine), by associations, so are Muslims..

However a simple comparison... The per capital income of Muslims in India (despite being lower than that of other minorities and that of Hindus) is better than the average per capita income of Pakistan.. Tells you something now.. doesn't it.. Also this seems like a global phenomenon, not limited to India. Where ever Muslims are not the majority, they tend to lag behind rest of the religious groups in terms of economy.. Or so does the below article says
