That doesn't have anything to do with gender. Thats related to something called demand and supply. The female fashion industry is bigger hence more models are needed and hence paid more. It's alot like the sports industry where male sports has alot more viewership which is why they get paid a whole lot more.

On the contrary, everything is about gender.

The female fashion industry is bigger because people want to see beautiful, charming,soft skinned and feminine human beings.These characteristics are found generally in females. Female beauty sell, because they are more beautiful as compared to males.

The male sports industry is bigger because people want to see highly competitive sports.In which the sports person are at the top of physical characteristics like speed, strenght, aggresion and intelligence.All of these characteristics are found high level in men as compared to women.

So, everything is about gender.

Both gender are not same or equal.

Uh no........

Supply and demand says the complete opposite. Majority of the country comprised of uneducated people. These people grow up to be hard labourers. That's about a 100 million hard labourers. On the other hand we have a kindergarten teacher, fairly relaxed job but requires at least 12 years of education and some basic training. So in essence there's we have thousands of more times of the former and hence they are paid less.

Of course from a moral point of few I'd agree that labourers need to be paid more but I don't make the rules. The supply does.

The wage gap is a stupid myth.

The basics of economy is this "The value you create is equal to value you get"

You create a software that earns billions, you get millions.

You entertain people by putting up a great fight in boxing match, you get paid more.Thats why male boxers get paid more.

You entertain people through your beauty/body you get paid more.Thats why young female models/actresses get paid more.Because they have more beauty.

I do not understand why people make judgment about these woman. They have the right to express their feeling / opinion. Does not make them randi, tuaf, lesbian etc etc.

in simple words
we have put women under restrictions which have stemmed from the age old customs and norms of our local culture. We justify those restrictions by utilizing Islam.
